My teammate ordered 300$ worth of three mags and other stuff and he sent an Email and this is what he got:
My Teammate: Hi, I have recently ordered some gear from you and I > ordered 3 hicap mags from you and I did not recieve > them. My order # is ----- and I had three day > shipping. I was in dire need of them and need them as > soon as possible. > > Thanks, Matt
Them: How did we mess up? If UPS was late on the delivery date, then it is their fault. I just tracked the package for you, and it shows that it was delivered today. The purpose there is tracking numbers available for shipping, is to track the status of the delivery. For future references, please check the shipping status by tracking the package before blaming us first.
Support is a bunch of whinny S.O.Bs, and Whoever the hell read the invoice was blind.. I don't know how you miss 120$ worth of mags...
What bugs me is that we have an event tomorrow, and he needed them, so he payed 30$ shipping to guarantee that they would be here for it..
I'm sorry, the mistake of not placing the mags in the box didn't bother me much, but the fact they they responded so unprofessionally made me mad. Like it's not their fault..... That was what made me decide not to order from them.. Doesnt even seem like they read his email.
We'll see that this gets resolved, I'll post back.

So the mags didn't get shipped at all? Well I've never had a single problem with evike at all. I never ship things UPS though as I had to take my Local UPS distributor to small claims court a while back...therefore I don't get my packages on time...if at all. Evike Chang goes on the defensive as well often. But if he shipped them and UPS was late then it wasn't his fault at all.
Edit. Forgot to add. If it was shipped 3 day and it took longer than 3 days UPS is required to refund you your money. If it was shipped UPS ground then that isn't 3 day...just fyi.

It wasn't that his package was late, it arrived in 3 days, he's saying Evike didn't put the 3 Hi-Caps he ordered in the rest of the stuff that he ordered. So, he got jipped out of the 3 hi-caps that he needed for this event. Ordered from Evike twice, never had a problem though. Update with what happens SWAT.

Okay...well i would say that is unnacceptable. I would request a refund on shipping (from evike) at the very least. Make sure that it is explained in the email that the mags were never sent with the original order. One thing I've been finding more and more about these asain business owners over here in the US is that a large majority of the time they are unwilling to take blame when they make mistakes. It's why I like buying stuff from ehobbyasia...except when customs nabs my mags.

Um.... customs has no right to nab your mags... there is no trade marks on them, and there is nothing illegal about importing them.

Yeah, I'll update ya.
I am not going to setttle until he gets shipping refund of 30$ that he payed, and his mags sent to him at no cost.....
If they refuse, Then we have some real legal issues. Due to the shipping weight, and what things should weigh, is proof. 3 hicaps would change the weight slightly.
I will be seing him tomorrow, and find out more.

If he trys to screw you do a charge back with your credit card company. It sounds like a clear cut one to me that the company will support.

There have been three threads about Evike this year. Will nobody do a search? Since this thread exists, I'll keep it open until there's some resolution for this problem, then lock it. Evike review thread

Even if there are ten, making one more is not the answer. Everyone, please, please do a search.

Do you have admin powers? Why don't you go ahead and consolidate the threads. It would be appreciated I'm sure. Where I an admin it's what I would probably do when I see duplicate topics...

Well... I was looking in Evike topics.. But... the ammount of discussion on certain things didnt appeal to me that well. I have a topic, that's unresolved, not only a review. Other are reviews, or different problems. And there is a lot of discussion about otherstuff.. This contains something completely different... It's like haveing 2 "M15A4 Problem" thread.. One could be a broken mech box, one could be something about a flashhider.

One thread per retailer is the policy. We have spoken. Obey!
Colonelangus, there's no consolidate thread command that I know of. I'd have to do it by hand and I don't have the time.
