Please tell me this is a joke right.
First off, I'm kinda sort of offended you would post this shit without talking to me first. Obviously, you have no clue whats going on in the world of Airsoft or at least don't pay attention.
So here we have you bitching that a gun was test fired and not new correct? Guess what happens when we DON'T test fire a gun and someone takes it home and it breaks after 50 shots? They come back in or call bitching about how they drove here all the way from Ann Arbor, Bay City, Flint, Detroit etc, bought a gun they thought was good quality only to get it home and have it break after about 50 or so shots and that we should have tested it before selling it.
Then they expect me to pay the shipping to get it back to our shop, and ship a new one and a discount, refund of part of the cash, free bb's or something to compensate them. Also, I hate to tell you but its common place for shops to allow customers to test fire guns. We have long allowed our customers to test fire guns before buying them to decide if its something they like.
WMI Airsoft does the same thing, shit they have an indoor firing range, I'm guessing Reddawn does the same thing too.
On top of that, Classic Army and ICS have BOTH!!!! themselves asked that we test fire ALL the guns before selling them because of production issues.
I'm sure you noticed the thread on here about the kid that bought the CA M15 Rifle that lasted 50 rounds? He brought it back, I gave him a new one, that one lasted about 300 rounds. I've had 4 other CA guns do that too within a week or so. Wildcard up at WMI Airsoft had 5 out of 10 CA guns strip gears.
The makers have asked that the first thing we do whenever we get ANY guns in-stock is to test fire a couple hundred rounds threw them to make sure they work.
Now, let me ask you. What would you rather buy? A test fired gun that we know works good or something thats NEVER been test fired and might break after 50 rounds?
As long as they keep having issues and the makers/wholesalers request me to test fire the guns, I'll keep test firing the guns. As long as my customers want to test fire the guns, I'll gladly let them test fire them.
I'm sorry but I get more sales by letting my customers test fire my guns then I loose by ones who bitch they got a gun that was test fired. I always get guns out of the storage room until I run out, when I run out, I snag the one out of the cabinet or off the wall. Almost ALL of them are test fired.
You my friend are the FIRST person to ever say a word and everyone is well aware of the fact we test fire them and allow test firing.
Almost all the new guns coming in will be test fired for quality control before we put them into the storage room. This is due to the recent issues with CA and ICS guns. Oh, on a side note I've gotten guns FROM the wholesalers before with BB's in them. It's not a common practice for them to test fire there guns due to the quantity's they deal with but SOMETIMES it does happen wholesaler or factory side. Normally they ask the dealers, retailers to do it on there end before selling them.
Like I said, I'm highly offended by the way you made this post. As to insinuate something like I'm over here selling highly used junk or something.
