Well, just finally completed an order with them and I have to say I was less than pleased this time.
For the stuff that I ordered that was in stock and shipped, I will give them a B for the average experience I have with them.
However, for the items I ordered that ended up being out of stock, I give them a D+/C-. It took over 45 days for them to finally refund me my money after repeated requests for either a valid tracking number or a refund.
So, when ordering, make sure what you want is in stock. Otherwise you may play hell getting it. I would also do small orders with them, as they seem to have a harder time with orders that could require multiple packages. Since they don't charge for shipping, there's no advantage in making a single big order rather than multiple small orders instead.

I put an order in there for one of the "TF 141 Shag Hoodies" and a wool cap. Surprisingly my order shipped out within 3 days and I was notified by email and given a tracking #. It took roughly 2 weeks to reach me. Not too shabby.
I'll give them a B.

Ordered a set of Blackwater patches back on Feb 20th, decided to shoot them an email last night about it because I never received them. Wham-o, now I have $4.80 more in PayPal. So I got fucked over by them, but I got a prompt refund. Might order again only if I have to.

I got my latest order within 5 weeks, the only downside is they shipped every single item one at a time in its own package, so I had to make 5 trips to the post office, since they don't leave the parcel at my door. I'll only order from EBB if it's something I really need and can't get elsewhere.

I ordered about $415 worth of crap through them about 2 days ago. First part of the order (an acog) was placed a day before the rest of the order. I checked my orders on their website and the acog shows as "sent" with a little comment with a working tracking number. All seems well with that item.
My second part of the order now also shows as sent (2 days later). However they are stating they are only sending 10 out of the 11 items I ordered. I assume the 1 thing is out of stock. They gave a comment in poor engrish as well.
hi, your items(random list of 10 items here...) will be sent. we give you tracking number in advance, a few days later inspection.the tracking is CP8******38HK the rest of products ,we will ship it as quickly as possible . thanks .
I'm not quite sure what to take out of this other then they shipped 10 of 11 items. I assume that means the tracking number will work in a few day?
Anyways, so far the order process has gone OK. It's getting a little rocky but as long as I get my stuff in 2-3 weeks as I expected from a slower ordering website like them I will be happy.
I will update this when my items arrive.

I just placed my first order with them a few weeks ago. I would give them a A- overall. In the comments section I asked for them to email me the tracking number. My order was in processing for a week. I thought there might be a problem so I emailed them and got a broken English response that said they would be shipping it soon and they gave me a tracking number. The tracking number didn't work, and they never responded to my emails asking for an updated tracking number.
What matters is I got my package about two weeks after I ordered it. I would order from them again if they have something I needed. I still prefer Ehobby Asia for all my HK shopping.

Ordered a PEQ on the 1st. On the 8th, I checked my account on their website and it was still in processing. I emailed asking if the item was in stock and their response was that it is in stock and that they'll ship it out soon. So, today I checked my account and it is still in processing. I'm going to give them until Friday to ship it out before I go through paypal to get my money back and just go through redwolf, ehobby, or somewhere else.

I've had times where it shows processing on there webpage only to have it show up on my door. Average travel time for them is 14 business days. I've also found out the "tracking" numbers you recieve although can be used for tracking aren't very effective until they are state side and usually by then the package arrives before they are updated.
Ebaybanned fast, no (use Redwolf, EhobbyAsia etc). Cheap with no shipping from asia, yes!

I ordered on 12/29/10. It took them several e-mails and eleven days for them to tell me my sepra holster is out of stock. So far I give them a F.

That's been one of the biggest complaints with Ebaybanned as of late, having items go out of stock either right before or right after you order them, and then playing hell to get a refund. Before the dispute period elapses with paypal, send Ebaybanned an email that you're going to initiate a dispute if they don't issue a refund promptly. Otherwise you may wait months for either your money or your item.

Well I finally got a shipping number from them. I don't think I'll order from them again.

Keep in mind it's the tail end of the holiday shopping season AND it's now tax season.
Everyone's out of everything right now, it's not just them.
Hell I ordered an item from ASGI because they had it and we didn't, turned out to be out of stock. took them a week to let me know and another almost 3 weeks to get my damn refund.
Unfortunately, it's pretty common place this time of year. Emailing them doesn't always help, when you email them and they reply, they might have 25 in-stock but by the time you see the "in-stock" email and order, 50 people might have placed orders for that same item.
I've had orders that shipped in 1 to 3 days, I've had orders that have shipped in 1 to 3 months. Sometimes, it happens with these types of items from these types of dealers overseas. I always order knowing its a possibility and am prepared to wait.

It's shipped now so I'm pleased I guess. I don't think I'm going to order from them again though.

Yeah, i'm not ordering from them again either. I finally received an email saying my item was shipped on the 18th. After waiting for it, I checked the tracking number yesterday and it said that the item still hasn't left Hong Kong, but it should be out of there sometime today... that's another 9 days after they told me it was shipped, for it to be shipped out...
Edit: Oh and Kdogg, I get that completely, the only problem I have with this order is that they told me it was in stock and that they had it, then it took them this long to ship it out.

Stuff shipped via HKP seems to always be lacking in the updates. It also flops over to USPS over here and USPS never seems update their tracking numbers too quick for me.
Given past experience, expect it to miraculously appear at your doorstep (or local PO) in 2-3 weeks.
1-20-11 Ordered an item from EBB 1-27-11 Sent an email inquiring of status 1-28-11 Received an apology and a tracking number
We'll see how long it takes to get here. I'm expecting at least 2 weeks.
