Retailer Review: Lightfighter.com[\b] Site: www.lightfighter.com/
There are good and bad things about Lightfighter.
The good: They have a fairly nice, well organized website Their prices are good Their shipping prices are reasonable Since they are located in Kentucky, shipping to OH/MI should be quick, even ground Helpful people, IF you can get ahold of them
The bad: looooong wait times on hold to talk to a real person they don't seem to have anything actually in stock
I ended up, after several attempts, finding something that they had in stock that I wanted.
I ordered an Under Armour shirt from them. I provided a review in the Gear Forum. I ordered the shirt over the phone once I found out it was in stock. I called a couple days after I ordered to get a tracking number. They shipped it UPS ground. It arrived in a soft shipping pouch. Other than the shirt, the only other thing in the bag was a copy of my order.
Overall, I give them a B- Would I order from them again? Yes, if I could find another item that they actually had in stock. However, I don't think they will ever be my first choice in retailers because of the extended hold times I endured to find out if something was instock. Other than that, service was good, friendly and helpful people on the phone (once you got past holding), shipped the item out quickly, good prices, reasonable shipping costs.

Lightfighter has a new look to their web site, including up-to-date stock information. I ordered some Camelbak stuff on Tuesday. All of it showed as shipping in 24 hours on the web site, and sure enough, it showed up here on Friday, which for UPS ground means they shipped it pretty fast. One major omission: you still can't track an order from the web site.

I found their online customer service to be quite helpful with my questions on TT pouches and malice clips

Sounds like they have changed from the last couple attempts I ordered from them. Both attempts I eventually just canceled my orders. First attempt was for bolle t-800 goggles. Something that you would think they would have in stock. After 2 months cancelled and bought them from ranger joes. Tried ordering a black hawk leg holster for a full size usp and after waiting 6 months I cancelled that order. Everytime I talked to them on the phone they promised me only 2 more weeks and it will be here. So they are on my black list for life.
edit: spelling

I would give them a B+
I ordered a MM rollypoly dump pouch on the 7th, which shipped the 20th, and arrived today in the mail. I had also ordered malice clips, but they are on back order and weren't included in the package, I don't think I was charged for them either which is fair enough.
Pros: The dump pouch arrived before a game on Sunday, which makes me happy considering the stocking issues previously mentioned Cons: noncommittal e-mail responses (got the same message twice), malice clips are backordered
EDIT: Finally got my short malice clips today and promptly installed the rollypoly on my STRIKE CCH, wish I also had a rollypoly mini instead of a TAG nalgene bottle pouch for my extra clips...
