Emailed them on the 7th to check stock of products. Got an Immediate response and was told that all items were in stock.
I promptly placed and order for it all and paid via credit card.
It stood in PENDING for 4 days... doesnt take 4 days to run a credit card. It finally went into processing on the 11th. Later in that day there was a weird note "Requesting blah blah blah". I wrote them another email regarding this because I didn't know what it was. 36hrs later I get a response telling me they had to ORDER IN a part of mine. Now they had JUST told me they had all these parts in stock. Gotta love these liars!
So I wait, 2 more days, it's the 13th and it goes into PACKAGING. Now, I was sent a UPS notice which had listed what was included in the package. Low and behold it did NOT include the item that they ordered in for me. Along with that, it tells me to expect my shipment here on the 19th. 12 days?!? From California?!?! Are you kidding me? Let it be known that these are all internal upgrade parts totaling 2lbs in weight. Just throw them in a box and slap a label on it!
They won't respond to my emails now, or my phone calls. Their customer service is a joke. This company is a joke. They answer all inquiries PRIOR to receiving your money. But once they have it, they REFUSE to respond.
Worst experience I have ever had with an online retailer of any sort. I HIGHLY suggest going somewhere besides Airsoft Extreme for your merchandise. They are a complete waste of time.
