I woke up with one hell of a cold, looks like it will have to be next sunday.

I thought it was rotating days? because if its sunday i cant go again. but suprisingly i have this saturday off and nothing would make it better than a nice cold day of CQB airsoft.

You really didn't miss much man. It was more or less a noob fest with guys not calling their hits and what have you, there was a couple points when I thought I was playing PAINTBALL... I hate even saying that word.

The games just didn't seam to thought out more or less, they're has been better games. Kinda bummed me out some of the games mid way through me and a couple other guys just gave up due to how long things got stretched out.

But once other guys who were there can chime in and probably help the following games run a little better, its all still new, especially to the folks running things. It all takes time to figure out what works and what does not.

Well, I still wish I could have gone but I could hardly walk up my stairs after watching a movie in the basement!!!
Usually when you have more people playing honest it makes some of the other players take the high road as well.

Does anyone know if next weeks game is on saturday or sunday?

Thanks to everybody that came out to the game yesterday. Pics will be up soon, but Brad got sick and isn't up for it right now.

We tried something a little different for this game, something we call paintsoft. I don't think it got quite the reception that we were shooting for, but as gunslinger said, we're still in the learning stage. Expect more milsim in future games.

This coming weekend's game is tentatively at the Lowell site. Date is TBD but will be announce within 24 hours. We'd like to both avoid getting burned out at the CQB building and take advantage of the very different outdoor gameplay available to us in Lowell. Additionally, anybody coming to a WMI event, please bring a wristwatch. We may find it necessary to lengthen the respawn times to facilitate scenarios.

And remember, feedback, good or bad, is always appreciated. Let us know what we're doing right or wrong, so that we can modify our events in the future.

Sorry I missed the game Sunday. I would have loved to have come. I was out there Saturday trying to help setup, looking forward to the fallowing Sunday and then I messed my foot up.

I slipped on some ice back here in Kalamazoo and tore some ligaments in my foot. I have to go back in a week for more x-rays. Talk about pain, good lord.

Anyway hopefully I'll be able to attend in a couple weeks if I don't need any type of surgery. God I hope not

Hey all! Had a good time yesterday,I can tell because pain=fun, right? I'm kinda here and there on the "paintsoft" thing. It's not what I prefer but I guess it's something different to throw into the mix every now and then. I seem to have survived my little attempt at gymnastics in the courtyard but the worst thing that happened is I lost the mag that I had in my secondary. If anyone found a silver Wilson Combat (Western arms) 23 round for a 1911 out there or maybe in the building, it's mine. The other good thing was the chow. Nice touch to have it there but let us know before so we (I) don't bring a lunch.Thanks to all for a good day!

Hey everyone, had a good time playing with everyone Sunday. Kinda hurt my knee a little bit in there, what with all the sliding around and all. Just goes to show that kneepads don't protect your knees 100%, huh? Hope to see everyone this Sunday, whether it be at the field or at the CQB facility.
