hello all i was wondering if any of you would like to join a airsoft club at GRCC you have to be a student at GRCC thought to join. I haven't made the club yet and i was just wondering if it sounds like a good idea. I would need a least 8 members to join before i can form it. We would most likey have meetings a grcc to discuss stuff but we would not play at grcc but somewhere else, but i may need help fining a place to play. You would probaly have to own somekind of airsoft gun. I have 3 guns but that is not enough for everyone to use. Thanks and i hope this works out.

Okay I highly doubt that GRCC would go for something like this. Have you even read this? web.grcc.cc.mi.us/Pr/sao/orgs/newstudorgregforms2003-04.pdfThey state that a student org has to Conduct activities according to College regulations/policies. Last time I knew most colleges considered airsoft and paintball guns as weapons.

As a recent GRCC student, I say: "forget GRCC regs." The best way to do this is to get some buddies from GRCC together and go play airsoft. You won't be able to post info about it on the BBS, but with a little initative you can start a pretty good sized club and not have to worry about GRCC's girly man rules. If you want to take it to the next step, you could even encourage friends from other colleges to do the same and have intercollege matches.
