Snafu,
You can try all day as long as I get to help.
Jazzman,
I don't think so, considering it's a pillow and not a mannequin.

Sorry about picture quality/size. My custom made vest. Shaddox Tactical is badass. $350.

Knief, I am liking the setup. Have you actually used that setup in a game yet? I feel like the pistol mag pouches should be placed on the front of the shingles for easier access, just seems like it would be an awkward draw when you go for a reload.

I run pistol mags in a similar spot and it's actually not that awkward, if you put it on the shingle it adds a lot of bulk when the mags are in the pouch.

Paranox,
I had the pistol mags in the same spot on my APC and it's pretty perfect. The mags are short, so I'm not drawing them up into my armpit or anything. With my rifle mags already stacked two deep, I wouldn't put the pistol mags further out in front, that's just one more thing sticking out for my rifle to get hung up on when I sling it.

Das ist eine wunderbare Platte Träger Knief!
I am actually going to be replacing my RRV with a 6094 replica fairly soon. Any tips on a setup?

Just got this. I thought it came with the harness, but alas it did not. Doesn't really compare to the CPC in this configuration, more like a heavier JPC.

Crye AVS in Plate Carrier config. Harness is completely seperate from everything (as CT found out.)
Plate bags (mbav cut?) + M4 Flap + 3 band Cummerbund.

Yeah I knew they are sold separately but I traded the CPC for this thinking that the harness was included. I didn't clarify with the other guy so it was kind of a blunder on my part but the other guy is making things right. Unfortunately I'm selling this one too since it don't feel like waiting indefinitely to get a harness from Crye. And yes the pockets are MBAV cut. They have a stretchy JPC like diveder inside that holds the plate and behind that is the flared part for the mbav soft armor.

Sounds like the Guy knew. Lucky he's rectifying things.
OPTactical gets frequent Crye shipments. I'm constantly getting updates from their Facebook page. You don't really have to wait all that long.
