I say do it G, because that looks awesome. Also, Thor, have you thought of moving the shoulder pads to actually be, on top of your shoulders? I see it all the time, and it makes me wonder why people don't move them up a bit.

I thought the reason those were usually there on carriers is because there are adjustable buckles under them and they press on your collar area without the padding. At least that's how it was for me so I had to make a set for one of my rigs.

Flyye makes a 1000D copy and I ordered an extra one in RG for myself. It's this rig in RG: directactiongear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_7&products_id=3and this hydration carrier in RG: www.flyye.com/ArticleShow.asp?ProdID=0465

Why is it in on the chopping block? What do you wear now?

Why is it in on the chopping block? What do you wear now? Just wanting to get something new is all. I think I wore it twice and it just doesn't get any use since I always use my MC stuff. Really nice rig though. Prolly one of the Top 3 I've ever owned in terms of comfort.

Hey GBiz, couple suggestions for ya. Take the ASIP/MBITR antennae and keep it running down your backside. Second, throw that CAT in some sort of pouch. Oh, and get rid of the rubber bands. You should know better. If you need bands, you can get the "ranger bands" or do it the real way, and get a bike inner tube and just cut it into the right sized bands you need. I did that with my ALICE gear a lot.

More importantly, doesn't the ISAAK have a radio pouch?

I dunno if it has one made for the MBITR, but I'm sure it has a commo pouch.

I do think there is a little too much going on. Just got some new stuff Danny, so I'll muck around with it a bit more. As for the comm placement, there isn't really an MBITR pouch on the thing.
And the rubber bands give it pizazz!

Couldn't you just place the MBITR on the front strap though and then loop it to your back.
