I think you should strap the shotgun to the side of the pack, It would look more tactical.

Agreed. It might also get in your way if it's sticking out that far.

Nope, it doesnt its great actually, its easy to access and put back. I love it there, I have practiced with it there and its about the same height as my head so i know where its at. if i have to remove it its no big deal. As for looks its a great convo starter. they notice it right away I have nothing else to say. Im not going for "looks" as much as function.
Maybe in the future with more use it will get annoying, but as for now it works.

It looks like you could give your head a bit of a whack if you're running around though.

Knife- Force Recon = awesome. And like Troub said you need a bagillion pistol mag pouches. And maybe a piece of PVC tube cut down and mounted on the back for a sledge hammer/halligan...which I wouldn't recommend humping around though I have nothing else to say.
Rel- Perfection is the simplicity of a grunt kit. All you need is a lagit LWH and a collar yoke.

Sugg, that's on the list of things to get. I'll probably be getting 4-5 more .45 pouches. Those will likely be belt/leg panel mounted. The PVC pipe deal I've though about, but I'm not real sure if it fits in quite with what I want. And putting it on an even browner background. That AEX patch looks familiar. The patch probably looks familiar because everyone on Kzoo has it on them. No, because AEX gave them to us when we were sponsored by them and gave away one at a Farmington game.

Here's my input; I'll get some better pics once I have my radio back and some good sunlight.
