Made a silencer after work today. Turned out pretty good, still need 1 more piece (the adapter to the gun). It is metal pipe with nylon end caps, foam filled. First one I made and I could have spent more time making the finish look better but I figure it will just get beat up anyways.

ive screwed that up before! the stupid rifle ended up slicing the foam up when i shot through it for the first time, which took me a whole day to get right, and then put a pretty gnarly dent on the other side of the suppressor. ughh...

anyway, i hope you dont have the same issues that i did! the suppressor looks great!

In fact, I'd be a little cautious, I remember reading on AR15 that you can get in trouble for constructing a can without the form to make a silencer. I'm not sure though. Either way, it looks great.
