No, the systema upper reciever has a notch on the right hand to fit the most upper gear. Real steel upper cannot got past the top gear.

Right, you have to have it milled to fit the Systema, due to the piston gear (or what ever you call it). And there is no hammer to strike a bolt/firing pin. It would be impossible to use a lower from a Systema to fire a live round of any kind. The difference in lowers. Hopefully this doesn't get locked for one reason or another but it dose inform people that you cant use a systema lower to modify to fire in any way to chamber a live round.
