Also, test a few cans. They're not precise so you need a larger test group. That can could be from a poorly made sample of aluminum or the can may have been made poorly. You know how you get some AEG lemons? The same is true with everything that is manufactured.

Well for now, I only got to test this one with Jacko's question, I will try a couple more and update before the end of tonight, (geez this thing is powerful): First Can: Second Can: Both are Coca Colas.

Well, whaddya know! According to this, you're running somewhere north of 450FPS (with .20s), and possibly more. Yikes!

That thing's got to be shooting way over 400. Snip's L96 does about the same amount of damage.

Would point blank make a difference then say 10 feet? (I really need your chrono Knief ) Also, I thought it was stock, but it will only take high mAh'd 9.6v batteries to fire it. (I kinda took that as a clue it wasn't, but I never asked or paid for it to be upgraded).

Considering I shot a pop can with the L96 at point blank, no. A chrono test with .2's later confirmed an FPS of arond 440.

Hmmm, well for the side can test, I was about 10 - 15 feet away from the can. Then for the Top - Bottom test, i did it point blank.

Hey, if you would have showed up for the game on time, you could have used it. Instead, you showed up late. You reap what you sow man.

Yeah, I know. But it was sort of out of our control, as I-94 was being worked on, and that was our direct route to the game, so we got stuck in downtown Detroit, trying to figure out a way to the game. We eventually found a way there, thank god (But we should of checked to see that I-94 was alright, but we didn't know where to look for it, other then watching Fox 2 in the morning, but it slipped our heads. We figured nothing would be wrong with I-94 or anything).
What time did you end up leaving Knief?

Yeah, 94 is all fucked up at the 96 interchange. i got dicked last weekend when i went with the rest of my GK mates to see Jarhead. Nothing like taking Woodward from 94 to 8 Mile to see some shithole areas.

Yeah, we went through some real bad parts. We were lost, and Chris (the driver)'s mom was telling him to go to the nearest gas station for directions....when we were in a 2002 Camry, that looked like it was worth a lot, in a real bad area. We weren't going to stop for anything, we didn't want to be car-jacked or anything of the sort. So we kept on going until we hit the better parts of Detroit (down townish, the more city parts), and then eventually I got us back on track, but 94 really screwed us.

well, i know with my G-spec it went through the top and badly dented the bottom of a can and it chronoed at like 390 something, so i dont know. when i had my m14 stock (330fps) it hurt like a bitch @ 30 yards (with light windbreaker on) and now i have it at 430-450fps and i cant even imagine what to expect, i havent done the true flesh test with it because it needs to be shimmed. so it is possible that you have a ultra kick ass gun there andrew. Cant wait to play a game with you, Nice! ;D
You better be careful that you dont have stock internals with that beast.

Nice looking gun, not really diggin the ris rails on the forearm though myself. When you say more rock solid then a TM... I don't see how you can say something like that. Sturcturally the TM feels fine to me. Only probably with the TM in my book is the selector switch.

Sturcturally the TM feels fine to me. Only probably with the TM in my book is the selector switch. Eh, well then you wouldn't like the CA much either. That was the first thing I noticed, the selector switch is sort of sloppy. Not as smooth as say a TM M4A1's or TM Mp5's smooth click to each fire mode (those are the guns I have most experience with). You have to sort of play around with it to get it into Semi and Full Auto, or else it will sort of act like a safety, but you can pull the trigger. It will just not shoot of course. Also, one thing to note, is I mean it felt better in my hands. It has a much nicer and heavier of a feel. Felt more better in my hands than a TM. I personally like the Side rails, but I will take a picture of it without the rails . Thanks for your comment ICE.
