Andrew, you obviously are not good at seeing how things were made or have an eye for painting techniques. They simply used templates. Where they spray painted what color they wanted, put the template over where they wanted the color. Then did the next layer, and then applied another template. You do that, till you end up at your base color; Then you peel off the templates.

I know that you the painting techniques on how to do something like that. It's just I am not very good at making the templates, or where to place them. I would rather want a solid color, then a scheme.
(I have watched pimp my ride, and when they do the flames, that's what they do. And also almost everyone on Socal does color schemes to their guns, and a lot have tutorials on them as well, or are very helpful in helping you do the same to your gun).

There is a tutorial on www.arniesairsoft.co.uk that looks helpful. I believe it is under "projects". If it has a close range kit on it I might suggest urban camo... that is, gray and black. Not blue and black... yuck. A green black and gray camo pattern might look sexy as well, but I would suggest that you paint a posterboard first and then lay your gun over it for a few days and see how you like the look of it, and if it grows old fast. Good luck Andrew!

Thanks, it was under Projects, and was named Painting 101. That was for just color schemes, no real designs on it. There was another one called TM M4A1 - Full Camo Paint Job I will find out what I want to do, with Winter coming, and hopefully snow, I have always wanted a gun with white stock/grip/handle.

Update - 10/03/05[/u][/size] To lazy to put them into Image Shack, so Photo Bucket will do: Laser: The beam at night, goes very far, goes at least 300+ feet, and you can see whole beam at night without smoke or fog. Very good laser . Very hard to capture the laser's true beam with my camera, so that's the best that showed up. Still waiting on my Box Mag . Also, this is my next project: I am about to recieve the G36c soon, and will start making it into a G36E, and make it that exact color.

i love the way that P90 looks, great setup. also, iv never tried this with a camera, but when you turn on the laser, spray some water into the air and shine the laser through the water droplets, then take the picture real quick. when you do that the laser light reflects off of the water so you can see it.

Yes, I know BoredKender . Well I could do that or use it in fog, or in which case use one of my fog machines. But, I don't know of any water around here (like a pound or anything), especially with it getting colder and stuff. The laser doesn't need anything added to show the light. At night, you can see it clear as day, but my crappy 2.0 megapixel camera can't seem to pick it up.

Psychosis, no I have not had the chance, it just came in the mail today. IrishJig, yeah....sorta....kinda . livoniairsoft, they aren't very good (they shoot like any stock TM AEG), AEG gearboxes weren't made to handle Sniper Rifle type FPS's (500+). Even with all upgraded internals, and a reinforced gearbox shell, things like to break down....a LOT. That's why I am only going as high as 450fps. And really I don't have to many guns now (PSG-1, VSR-10, CA36c, and SR 16 w/m203). I am really trying to downsize. And I already have a car lined up .
