That waiver is not legal. I have nothing else to say, You can edit it and make it say what you want. It's still in text. Use adobe, and there are yahoo advertisements on it if you print it out.

I don't need no steekin' Adobe to make PDFs! In the general interests of attendees, here's a copy of the waiver in PDF format for all to download and print out.thesack.cjb.cc/OPFlashFireWaiver.pdf

hopefully i can make it. I will probably have around 4 guys from SEMIA, we will most likely group up with Toledo because we know eachother well. I hope my gun shoots under 550 with .20's, i know its right by the limit . However, Say my gun shoots like 555, would you still accept it? seeing how it says 550+ not allowed unless feild organizer says its ok.

If I get my M40 by then I can most likely make it.
If you still don't have pictures could someone describe the foliage amount and the color range (i.e. Browns, tans, oranges, greens -light and dark-). Is there mud? Open terrain? Forest?

If I might additionaly add to this again. My personal and professional experince suggest that a waiver be filled out by everyone. This is why I stated "We aren't just protecting us, we're also protecting you as a player."
Reading the waiver, it's designed to protect the owner, organizers, and the player. However, it only protects those who 'SIGNED' the waiver.
Here's and expample of what I mean: Player 1 (signed waiver) shoots Player 2 (signed waiver) and Player suffers from a head shot in the face, breaking a tooth. Player 1 is covered under Player's 2 waiver and doesn't have to worry about medical lawsuits, etc... {unless it was indeed intentional, that's another story.}
Again Same story but without mandatory waivers. Player 1 (signed waiver) shoots Player 2 (no signed waiver) and Player suffers from a head shot in the face, breaking a tooth. Player 2 can go after Player 1 for damages because Player 2 never consented to the 'No hold damage' waiver.
And if a minor was involved, regardless of Player's 2 actions/thoughts the Legal Guardians can go after Player 1.
So, If I may suggest. In the interests of everyone's safety and liability, may I recommend the waiver become mandoraty for all involved in the event. Including ref's, camera men, etc.

btw, will there be a crono on the field?

Just wondering for ammo limits do the bb's in the gernade shell count as part of the 1000? it would really effect those of us who want to bring a gernade launcher.

Update Time Parking: - We would like to encourage carpooling. Just so we can keep traffic issues and the possibility of accidents low. We are going to have all cars/2-wheel drive vehicles in one side and all trucks/vehicles with 4-wheel drive on another. Discharging of Weapons In Parking Lot - Disharging of weapons in the parking lot is not allowed. All players can discharge their weapons in most areas outside of the parking lot. PaintBallers - There will be paintball games going on at the same time, in different areas. Please do not disturb them. If there is any sort of incident involving a paintball player; please contact a moderator or an A.M.A.S. member. Lunch Break and Raffle - We will be having a 30 minute lunch period at 2:30 PM. We will be drawing the raffle then. Rental Units - OperatorDoc will be renting guns at our event. For information pertaining that, such as a types of guns and prices, please contact him.

Weather permitting, I'll be attending. If anyone from the Detroit Area would like to share a ride, please PM me with your real name, your weight and the weight of our gear. (this is for weight and balance issues) I'll be leaving from the Oakland/Troy Airport. I have 3 available seats. I will be wearing my ASAT Camo, so i'll be on the Korean side.
