wow, this is perfect.....I live one exit up from the battleground in clarksville...and I have saturday off.
I'm just getting started in airsoft as of this spring.
unfortunately I don't have any BDU's yet. And I ran out of green gas for my sidarm.
Is there any rule against coming anyway and getting to know some of you guys? I should be ready for play by the next event for sure.
I would like to get an idea of just how these events are run, and what I might want to put on my "purchase list" of goodies.
Is this a possiblity? I'd really like to go, even though I don't have all the equipment or money to play as of this week.

Being that this is a small game and they don't have set camo for each team I would think no one would care about BDU's. Shit I've been to a lot of small games like this and wore sweat pants Considering some of ACO's pictures on there page show people in jeans, I think they will let your BDU's slide. At least I hope they would because I'm wearing sweat pants or shorts, haven't decided which yet. Depends on the temp's. I tore my last part of BDU's at another game I gotta get some new ones.

If you want to leave the safe area, you may wish to bring something brightly colored to wear. You will have to wear protective eyewear as well. Which reminds me..... Screen style goggles will NOT be permitted. Safety first.

Wow, guys, what a great day of play. I was pleased so see so many new faces but disappointed in missing familiar ones.
Those pistol games were really intense. I can't wait for a few weeks to pass when I can get up there again. A shame, I didn't see a lot of pics being taken.
Thanks to everyone for making such a good turnout and to WMI and ACO for hosting.

It sure was an awesome day for sure! Sure makes a big difference when we get a little bigger turnout. I guess I've never had a "bad" day yet but for some reason yesterday was just better than average. The guys that came out were a great group and everyone seemed to gel together regardless of which team, hell, even Kdogg was a good sport when the claymore got him! And Arc, dude... what can I say, million to one shot and I don't recommend going "commando" to anyone!! I've already posted about the change from ACO to WMI and all the ramifications that might bring but since this was technically the last ACO event at the Battleground , I want to thank all of the players and organizers, especially Simon, Jerimiah and Arc for another great day!! ;D
