One more thing I would like to add. A couple of days ago I was able to use my friends TM MP5-K in a little game we had going and I thought it was a pretty nice gun. The gun is small and compact - Lightweight. The dis-ability that I found with it was that the range wasnt that far. I think and MP5-K has a 4inch inner-barrel (correct me if im wrong) And that was the only flaw I found in it when I used it. Also to anyone who buys the gun - Make sure and buy a few standard MP5 Mags because the one that comes with it is only 30

Well are there any mods I could use (i.e. Upgraded Spring or Tightbore barrel) that would make it have a longer range?

I think this is a good time to point out some usefull information...
Breaks K had rediculously good effective range (as he says), and Bill's had poor range. It's the same gun, same internals, same battery. Why two different effective ranges? We know that it's not perspective, both Bill and Break have see other stock guns shoot and know what to expect out of them.
The answer lies in production variances. The production conditions for airsoft guns and parts are such that every gun is slightly different. So while one K may have piss poor range, another might blow it away.
This is why there is no "best aeg" and no gun has "better range" than another. That doesn't, and can't exist in airsoft because of the loose tolerances.
Break's K might outrange Joe's M16, not based on barrel length, but on production differences. Hence, no consistently "best" aeg.
Just thought that this forum could use a little lesson while the opportunity presents itself.
Blag, can you remove that link? It's really distorting the page, here.

The idea behind it was to find out how it worked with several people. Overall, according to the people who posted, the MP5k works better and its cheaper (in the end). The M11 has had some problems most likely because it is gas and its hard to seal gas magazines and they break easy, etc etc. So because of that, I will most likely get an MP5k.

I think you went with a good choice. My first gun was a mp5k custom and I loved it. In fact if you want, I can get hold of a custom collapsable stock (m4 stock) if you want. Just PM me.
