Your best bet is to search airsoftplayers' classifieds and airsoft zone's arms deals. Pretty much any airsoft classifieds.

your in luck I just came back from the gibralter gun and knife show and i found a guy who was selling an ris rail and vertical grip for 48 dollers all i did was use a few hex screws and bolted it through the bottom cooling holes using some washers so the nuts wouldnt fall through the holes. It looks sweet and im willing to give up the ability to put on a flash light for a cheap vertical handgaurd. i guess if i wanted too i could always take off the handgaurd and put on a flashlight.

Tommlux has the right idea, I made one a while back for my CQB M4 and I used an old scope rail (supposed to mount on the top of a mossberg 500, and just bolted it thru the holes of the lower handguard, no fuss, then attach whatever you want.
Same can be done on a 45 degree (not top center, but off the right so you can mount a light (like the M500a) and yes this requires drilling 2 holes in the top grip.
my $.02

Bigmack and Sting- I didn't make an RIS, I have nothing else to say. I used zip-ties to mount stuff on there, and never said it was an RIS system. Just look at the old pictures that I made (http://mywebpages.comcast.net/newmanm4/m4a1ris1.jpg), I didn't say on the picture that I made an RIS. I did save myself some time by making the picture name m4a1ris1.jpg, though, but don't let that confuse you.

It was a simple RIS rail with a few holes drilled into it i fitted it on to a standard handgaurd by bolting it onto the existing holes on my M4A1 handgaurd. It was a week ago but i belive the guy at the gun and knife show sold me the rail for $28 and the vertical grip for $20
