O.k. so I found this awsome deal at airsoft extreme. A M16A3, with 2 hicap mags and a standard battery for $335. the thing is I'm new and don't really feel like spending cash for a gun thats crap. Sooo if anyone has heard anything about the A3 (its a classic army) drop a reply or email me I'm too lazy to spell a full word out. Please mock me.. thanks

First of all, Pikachoad is a funny ass name. Secondly, CA's dun offer too much more than TM's. Commonly you spend the same amount on a CA as you would a TM with upgrades. Plus if you get a TM you can always pick what you want changed and when. This is, of course, assuming that TM stock power isn't good enough for you... What you may think you need and what you do need are different stories. Typically, with the M16a3, (which I believe is full stock) you wouldn't use it for CQB so maybe upgrade for sake of range and ROF. But dun worry too much about upgrading a TM used mainly for CQB. If not for your sake then for ours. Those 6mm bastards hurt enough as is.

There is a major difference between the CA MP5's of the past and the M16/M4 of present production. In fact even the last few CA MP5's we got in were not of the same quality of a year ago.... I don't know if they are diverting manpower over to the M16/M4 lineup or what, but there were a lot of little issues showing up again.

yeah (shrug shrug) the tac light grip is a little shaky and the mag sits a little oose. but noithing a sock and some electical tape cant fix airsoft is all about ghetto riggin it man...... once you mastered that, you could take a barret 50 cal and make it into afull auto cqb thing, anytihngis possible
oh man startt the derick bashing now.......

*thinks about filling down Airsoft Elite mag release to fit marui PDW*
*thinks about battery taped to stock of PDW*
*thinks about battery taped to foregrip of Newman's m4*
*thinks about taping mag into gun while working on mag catch problem*
yeah, "ghetto riggin" is a pretty big part of getting airsoft guns to work well. And remember, if you find cheap electrical tape, buy a lot.

Ah yes, squeegees. Used by every gun until you spent at least $1000. And even then, some Angels I knew turned into flamethrowers when using the wrong paint.
Oh hey, Derick, do you want your avatar hosted at a site that'll actually let you use it? I've got plenty of space at hill10.com. ;D
