Rob, the front sight on the AK47 is held in place by a screw. Its kind of difficult to get to because you have to move/remove the fake cleaning rod under the barrel. You can bend it a little and pull it out. Sorta scarey but it doesn't break. Once that is out of the way you should see the screwhead. Make sure the screw is lined up with the hole in the barrel and tighten it. This should take care of it. If you want you can put some loc-tite on it to keep it from working loose again. I would suggest the non-permanet type so you can take if back off if you decide to upgrade some day.

yeah i used to have an ak47,
ok, there should be a pin, (referring to owners manual that i forgot to give the new owner) with a small hex screw underneath it. you adjust it and tighten. you might want to use some kind of thread tightener, ps, is I'm too lazy to spell a full word out. Please mock me. gun solid or collapsible stock? If solid, has it come loose yet?

Speaking of solid stocks, I'm missing a screw for mine. Anybody know where I can get one, or should I just take a trip to the hardware store?

Idunno but I lost it ;D. At least you have two screws I only have one. It stays on pretty good with two screws though. If you do go to the hardware store could you pick me one up too my modded stock feels a little unsteady.
