So I'm sitting here after talking to blarfo about his p90 and wondering what to buy. I want a primarily cqb weapon thats fast and accurate. I want it to be usuable outside tho too. I'm buying one THIS WEEK. I swear.
I like tac-ed out p90s but looks are ABS plastic deep. my other choice was the M4a1 but i dun really wanna conform to the clone army of m4s
Any advice would be kickin ass, I'm nervous. I feel like I'm adopting a child and i dunno which one is gonna be less retarded.
*shrugs*
I wanna beable to fire the damn thing too, oh well. I'll be at WTS thursday if anyone have a TR to show me. I'll give you a hug and 3.. maybe 4 bucks.

I have a MP5A4! I have used my Mp5 in out door and indoor games. Its hop up is supper easy and it makes the BBs glide really far. Is accurate is ok though, probbly brtter that a P90 due to its longer barrel(correct me if i'm wrong).

The P-90 from what i have seen is a tiny bit better on MP-5 accuracy, but it has a eg1000 in it. I do not know for springs and stuff. You should be fine with whatever you get.

LaStrade, you ever consider the MC51? or the RedWolf custom HK-51 (mc-51 with full stock, and i think one or two other small changes, but i can't get onto RW right now because my computer or my internet is sucking horribly). Or the sig 551 swat? You probably won't want an mp-5 if you want to be a conformist, if someone doesn't have an M4, they have an mp-5 (or they're blorfo[note to O as the third letter in his name, not an A). The thompson's a nice little gun, too. Perhaps an AK spetz, or maybe CAR-15. Just giving you some options that seem like they're in your area of interest; compact, yet not tiny

I really like the p90, my reasoning for asking about it was to hear what you guys had to say. I dunno, its like asking your friends about a girl before you ask her out / stalk her, as applies.
How much are battery chargers? I want a 9.6 large battery because I'll have the box mag right away.
Also, with the box mag, do i have to use high cap. I think it was bigmack that told me you didn't but I dun wanna go waste cash on low caps because he was misinformed. I realize that I wouldn't be able to use the box mag as intended with the low caps.

If you like the p90, go for it, it's fine gun. A charger is one of the most important investments in airsoft if you plan on using AEGs for your longterm airsoft career. You'll save a lot of money by not ruining your battery by not discharging it, or charging it poorly. Get a good charger with a discharging function. You'll probably want a quickcharger with the option of auto-cut off and trickle charge. I'd say go with the TLP intelli charger as seen here; www.airsofttoys.com/viewproductdetail.php?ProdID=296it's a little expensive, but it'l be worth it inn the long run.

The P90 has a longer barrel than an MP5.

Guys, if your post is only going to be udnerstood by 3 people bcause of names that only they would recognize, this is called 'narrow casting'. Stop it, it annoys everybody else since they have no clue what or who you're talking about.

I have a 150% in my P-90 and a 9.6v J-Battery in the battery box extender.... Extender is 55-60, Battery is 50... Kinda expensive, but worth it...

dude i have a classic army mo5 full stock and i have th ebest of both worlds, i have a 9.6v large 1700 mah battery and eg 1000 motor, and its alredy shooting 350 using 25's chronoed it at WT. if you want more accuracy, buy a tighbore barrel, they increase your fps a few feet per second and they insanely increase your accuracy and distance. i definately reccommend the large 9.6 battery and eg 1000 to anybody and everybody. My mp5 at white thunder was gettig at least 40 yards accuratley (very rare for most stocl aegs to begin wiht, but then i set my hop up and used 25s and i was reaching 50 yards plus accurately, more rare for stock aegs but even mroe for an mp5, it was awesom for long range due to the full stock but yet it is small enough fot cab easily and already has a tac light, i lke it but the problem isthat they messed up on my hadguard, no miggie, simple quick fix and I'm too lazy to spell a full word out. Please mock me. set to go. i dont like the P90 trigger though, i dont like not having a semi/ full auto switch, instead it has the half, full triggre, pull it half way and it shoots one, pull it the rest of the way to go full. kinda wierd. I agree with mike, i went HK kinda iffy but then once i got used to it i loved it, so versitile but yet simple, thats why im getting a SR15 sniper rifle too, I have nothing else to say, i have to have an SR it keeps me out of the M4 mainstream but i can also have a gun i love wihtout being a clone. but thats just my two cents, or dollar considering this is a long freaking reply. happy buying and dont just buy something because you can, wait until you can get what you want. peace derick

It does have semi/auto groups, but the auto just lets you shoot semi, too.
