If i could get everything i wanted from US sellers then i would probally buy excusivally form them. But alas i cannot get my WA 1911s from them so to HK i go edit: HK also has better pirces but just be sure that the money you save outways the shipping cost. ie dont just buy a hicap + bbs also you may have you guns siezed by customs if you buy overseas, i hope my 1911s dont

well, I'm not going to buy a bag of bbs and a couple cans of gas from Hong Kong, am I? By the same token, I can get massive amounts of goods cheaper from HK, so I'll do that, too.

It's really not a question. Keep both as available options.
Most american retailers have very limited stock lists. i.e. as far as guns and accessories go, the only stuff they keep on hand is stuff they know they can move out the door regularly. Thus, if you want something they don't have *in stock*, it's going to be faster to order from HK, and I know we all hate waiting for our new parts to come in the mail. If you're buying a large volume of stuff, it's almost always going to be cheaper to order from HK, even with the extra shipping.
So, do both. Buy from american retailers when you can and when it's cost-effective, and buy from HK when you need that odd part/accessory that the american retailers just don't stock.

i feel bad for the US retailers, I want to buy American (i.e. like my ford car), but the HK dealers are so much cheaper. Here is a perfect example:
Q Project: $135 for a 325fps upgrade WGC: $15 for a 325fps upgrade
Q Project: $265 for MP5 WGC: $186 for MP5

if you buy anything over $150-200 plus shipping it will still undercut American retailers

i can get an mp5 from WGC with battery and 325fps tune for $315...
In this case your gun would be cheaper to buy and have shipped, but you need to add the cost of the $40 battery (it would probably come even with the HK retailer). Whether you go with US or HK is up to the player. However, if you are buying an assortment of gear (ie mags, gun, accessories) HK will definitely beat it. Keep in mind purchases over $500 (in my experience) has been subject to custom's duties (adding nearly $15-20).

You can get everything you need to start skirmishing (well, except BBs, clothes, and a charger) shipped to you on a bunch of guns for like $250-$300. As in, the gun, battery, standard mag, hicap, and 3 day shipping from Hong Kong. In my experience, something has to be at or below the $150 mark to be cheaper in the USA. Often times, in like the $150-$230 range it is nearly the same though.

But stuff like Gas Blow backs (nearly always), if you're just buying them, or springer rifles, etc, are cheaper in the USA now. Of course, if you're getting an AEG, you should just buy your GBB with it at the same time and it will be cheaper then in the US since you add almost nothing to the AEG's shipping cost.
