Hey man,
Me and between 2 and seven people of my team from chicago are planning to attend. Do I need to pre-register? We're planning on being Chinese, if that matters. Let me know what I need to do, or if the game is still on. Thanks.

renshai - We're still on, yes =) You don't *have* to pre-register, per se, feel free to just show up. Since you're coming from chicago I'm inclined to tell you - This isnt going to be a huge op. I'm honestly not expecting a whole lot of people to attend, but for those that do attend we're gonna have a blast! I just wanted to mention that so you don't drive all this way expecting 100 people That said, hope to see you there! To everyone else - I've re-written the storyline so that if attendance sucks we've got (another) playable scenario. Also - We're going to be a ways from the vehicles during play. Please pack accordingly. Everything that you need on the field needs to be in a bag that you can load in a truck/tractor. If possible, bring your lunch with you. For emergencies we *WILL* have a vehicle and a driver available to cart people around. Late Arrivals - for approx 1 hour after the op starts we'll have someone at the registration area waiting for late arrivals. After that you may have to radio to the field - Instructions will be left at the registration area. Please be on time! BB's and gas will be available, courtesy of Black Mesa Airsoft. All players will need to sign a waiver, available at the op. As far as teams go - if Renshai and his crew show up for chinese, we'll be full - MTASC is going chinese also. So the rest of you, bring woodland/whatever else you want. If you've got DCU's or other camo types feel free to bring em, we may need to do bits of balancing.

Even tho they're ugly, yes, multicam is alright =)
Also we're changing the rally point to - 12519 heatherton road. It's one house down the road, no big change =) Don't wanna spook the animals at the farm. Little yellow trailer, we'll most likely have a sign out front.

Cool! So, the Chinese hordes (all 6 of ya) will take on the 38th Michigan Air Cav (all 7 of us) and lots of respawn? Oh well, I'm most likely going to be there and still have room for 1-2 passengers if anyone wants a cheap ride to the OP. Glad to hear it's not cancelled since you "trolls" up there (under the bridge) put on a dang good OP IMHO!! Hope it's a better turn out than that so we can do it up proper!

Are we still paying $20 (not to mention gas) for a 13-man op?
How about under-18 waivers?

Are there any obstacles or bunkers or anything of that sort?

Here's the link for the Waivers: www.mtasc.us/Waiver%20Form.htm If you are under 18 print them off and have your folks sign them please. As for Obstacles there are some obstacles set up out there, but a lot of the terrain we are playing in is like a natural trenchline. It's a really neat area, should have some crazy battles coming out of it...it's a conglomeration of just about every bit of terrain possible. Talisman's internet is down, so until he's back online (prolly after saturday) I'm the unnofficial voice of the op. It's only two days away, we'd really like to see some more people coming up!

I am most certainly coming. A crippling back injury I suffered earlier in the week seems to have cleared up, so a-shootin' I will go, and in glorious Multicam style! Also, I'd like to sign on as a medic, if such a spot exists.

Enkidu! It'll be great to play some airsoft with you again! Glad to hear you're all in one piece, as for the medic rules, we had some in place and if enough people show up we will use them. But I think it will be respawns instead if attendance is down.

Hey, Talisman and myself sat down and really reworked the Op for a smaller group and it's looking really good. There are multiple objectives going different ways, a constantly changing battlefield and it's set up for fast paced battle in multiple engagements. There should be very little sitting around, if any at all.
Some last minute reminders: 1. We won't be returning to the vehicles once the Op has started. 2. Bring a sack lunch with you- we will be breaking on the field. 3. On that same note, bring a bag big enough to haul all your gun gear and your lunch. 4. Bring your camelbak/canteens prefilled. Water will be available, but it will cut into supplies if everyone is using it to fill. 5. Bring a radio. 6. Those under 18, bring your WAIVERS! 7. Try to be early so we can actually start on time (at noon).
It's going to be a great time, see you on Saturday!
