Im in for this one still Josh. I was looking to play this weekend any way. I hope it turns out as good as it was hyped up to be under Grunt 22's origenal thread. give ma a pm if its a go so Ill make sure to bring the 10.00 for registration and what not. Ill be charged up and ready to rock!

Josh,

I know that this event is taxing you on time so when you get a chance shoot me an email with a list of items that you will need for the event. I will have the motor home so the bathroom and water issue should be taken care of provided using a tree is going to be ok. I should be running limited power so please charge your batteries before the event. I will also have several batteries at the event that will be charged but do to letting players borrow them and not returning them I will need a deposit of 20-30 dollars which will be given back to you when you return the battery. I will also have a few rentals there if anyone needs them. This time I will be bringing BB's, Gas, Spare Parts, and safety glasses that are ANSI Z87.1 rated.

For Food I will have 2 large coolers of ice, a grill for the hot dogs and most likely chips. I will be buying the food on the 9th so if you are not signed up by then for the event we may be short.

Hot Dogs
Mustard & Ketchup
Chips
Coke, Mello Yello, Apple Juice, Water, Cherry Coke, Sprit. I should have 20oz bottles and cans. Please do not be a hog, try to limit yourself to 1 or 2 cans or bottles. If you want other drinks then please bring them yourself. We are not trying to be rude, but time is limited and we are trying to pull a rabbit from the hat here, so please understand the directness.

Prizes:
A couple of springers, a couple of the metal forgrips, a tactical sling, a couple polycarb pistons, a couple 110, 120 & 130% springs, bb's, gas, flashilight/laser mounts, and 21CA Store Credits. Any other vendors that whish to donate prizes please contact me at 616-846-5965 to make arrangements. I have emailed the Famous UN Company, WGC, and Redwolf to see if I can get them to donate as well.

I will have sign up sheets and waivers in the store on Tuesday for anyone wishing to pay and sign up there.
