GK is a dirty team... of mind. I think we're banned from closing to 800 yards of any grade school

Even our deodorant is top secret. Well being clean is no fun. What deodorant? In all seriousness though, lets try to keep this on topic. The MEU guys most certainly have some surprises being cooked up for our friends and foes. There are even some secrets I don't know and I only wrote the OP Should be a fun time, glad to see interest is starting to pick up. Look forward to meeting, shooting ( or getting shot by ) you guys.

Right, but you can touch all the freshman boys that you want. Gotta keep busy somehow. So goes the GK training regimen. ;D

Three of my friends and I may come out to play. Have to see what is going on with all of thier guns.... Are the MiA FPS limits in play? Or are we having the 350 cap? I searched through both the SEMIA and MIA threads for it. All I saw was a post by Andrew saying he thought Damo said that it would be MiA Regs.

Sounds awesome, I'd love to play as the "bad guys", but it's too far away. Love the scenario and pricing though, hopefully something similar will come about in West Michigan.

If I may, I beg you to choose from one of the options set out in the ammo limit guidelines I drafted for GK use. I think it would make it a lot easier for people to plan their magazine purchases and loadouts if all ops used one of three rulesets for mag/ammo limits, rather than doing one-offs. We never got too far in discussing the particulars, but naturally I think my ideas are good.

Sounds like a good way for me to start the new season up. Thankfully not far from my new home. ;D Good opportunity to test my new G3 out.
Can't wait to see everyone there.

I think it would make it a lot easier for people to plan their magazine purchases and loadouts if all ops used one of three rulesets for mag/ammo limits, rather than doing one-offs. We never got too far in discussing the particulars, but naturally I think my ideas are good. Zorak I agree there should be a BB limit, I kind of like the way TAC has it laid out for Safari Strike 2 Option 1 -> 680 round MAX limit in ANY configuration of standard magazines. (30,68,80 rounds each) Option 2 -> 680 round MAX limit in ANY configuration of mid-cap magazines. (i.e. G&P 100,110,130,150 rounds each) Option 3 -> 680 round MAX limit in ANY combination of a standard + mid-cap assortment. Option 4 -> (1) – High-Capacity magazine. If you choose your load out to include a hi-cap magazine, you are only permitted to carry ONE. Your load out is then not to exceed a maximum of 600 rounds. Example, you use a MP5 hi-cap (200 rounds), you then can make up the difference in ANY combination of standards or mid-caps. If you own an AK and choose to use a hi-cap, you are already at the 600 round limit with just ONE hi-cap. In addition, ALL players may carry on additional loose ammo and loading tools in the field. Loading tools may be manual or battery powered. Note: Hi-caps must be manual winding ONLY. Drums, W-MAGS, and AUTO WINDERS* will NOT be permitted. * - ONLY Squad Automatics (as defined below) will be permitted to use an auto winding box.

Aw come on, I can't use my M4's Electric C-Mag, well I still have my CA36c's Boxmag. (and if done in time, UMG's Drum Mag). I think, as much as you want, there shouldn't be a limit on ammo. I love boxmags and Hi-Caps, only really because they are the fastest to load, other then that I would be set with magazines with my M4, I have 6 Standards, 2 Hi-caps (1 VN, 1 300rnder), and a C-Mag. On the other hand, the only magazine I have for my AUG is a standard, and same goes for my UMG and my CA36K only has a Boxmag.
