just got home, yea it was real fun. The only non fun parts were sliding on your ass up the stairs, and having your gear turned funny colors (which I'm still trying to clean up)
The only thing I think needs to be changed is actual "fair" teams. The defenders should automatically get less then the entry teams, the way we were playing, it was nearly impossible to make it inside.

No problem! That was Nates dad. Speeking of pictures I live near a huge area of land full of trees.....well its like Dericks field but bigger and has hills, a posible gaming area! I have to contact the fammer who owns it.
I have got to get a carbine(did i spell that correct?)! My MP5 isn't as rangy as I would like it to be. I'm thinking a M4 or SR-16.......hhhmmmmm
Motown- I know what you mean, it was hard. BTW you got a nice shot to my head, left a nice purple welt, I have nothing else to say.

Andy, rather than drop 300+ on a new gun, why not drop ~30-40 on a spring and bushings? just a thought  |

Guys,
thanks for the feedback, I appreciate all of it.
and we'll try and incorporate some of it into the next game.
You may have noticed, I was not quite up to speed on what would work in that building. (first time there for me too) so next time if we end up there I will have a better idea of what will work.
plus I was shorthanded so that made it a little harder to get a feel for what was going on in the "big picture"
mo, I am not sure why I did that, normally we overwhelm the indoor folks 2 to 1 or 3 to 1, my brain wasn't fully engaged today I guess.
I think the next game will be at the M40- holland location, it allows us more variable in games. It would have been nice to throw in a good outdoor game to break up the monotony of indoor only. (for those that haven't been to M40-holland the outdoor field is quite large, 3 x wider and 10x longer than the "yard" of todays game.
(clayton spent most of his day back and forth to the toilet-stomach flu or something)

yea, my dream is 100 acres of woods/fields with "towns" or groups of buildings, so you could run milsim games and have the ability for CQB /room clearing. oh to dream...... |

Yeah Mike, thanks i had a great time. Very cool, especially for my first game. And... since i was my first i did my best to call myself out when i was ( hope i didn't offend anyone if i was hit and didn't call it, I'll try to do better next time) Had a blast, hope to see everyone at the next game!

yeah and i wish i woulda asked for it off but i need to save money for white thunder.
Mike, i share youre dream too. maybe some "buildings" and some woods around it with like buners and nase and stuff, man if only we had the money

Hey Mike i am jealous that all of you guys had fun and i didnt get to go  . I always wanted to go to the foundry but i promised my dad that i was going to be fishing with him. While i was sitting there casting for 6 hours and not getting anything but a couple pike I was thinking of you guys shooting each other and all the chaos. But anyways to the next point which is why i wrote this. Is M-40 open during the winter and when are the next games at M-40 or anywhere. I would be happy to host one at my house on a saturday or something but i can only hold about 20. And i could get some guys to host one at one of the m-40 locations if anyone is intrested. |
