Hungover after the kind of night you don't plan on telling your future children, I almost decided to stay home for this one. As it happened, I was the only GK guy there, but it was a surprisingly great day of airsoft. The cold wasn't a huge problem at all, and the barn loft was heated for the more extended inter-game breaks. Met some guys I hadn't seen in awhile, which was nice. Plus some new ones, too!
The snow added a totally new element to the ACO field, which was great because I'd played the same field over and over with little variation. Lots of quiet, snow-muffled sneaking and footprint tracking. Arc and I almost single-handedly won a get-the-drugs-to-the-corral-and-hold scenario - with the accidental help of two IFF-handicapped OpFor members. Lots of great stories to be told, for sure.
Best part? I won the raffle! Got me a nice KWA (I think) Glock 18C - thanks, Simon!

The tree stand offered the best view of that kill. Of course my brother in law spent the entire car ride home distraught that he was the only guy to be killed by a knife at a gun fight.

LI fo' life! That was definitely one of the least probable things i've ever witnessed. As was that AD.... Definitely an awesome set of games. I've been dead tired from running up and down that damn hill over and over...and over...and over...etc. Last, a big thumbs up to the defending team for the last scenario.

Thanks to ACO. The scenario's were good once again. That recon mission I would like to see again or maybe different variations of it. Saturday and Sunday My knees were sore from that dang hill. It was definatley a day to watch your footing coming down that hill. MTASC it was a pleasure as always and it was nice to see some fresh new faces on the field.
Thanks to Simon for the raffle. I won the second prize - Glock 26.

LIGHT INFANTRY...................HUAH! When escorting a wounded pilot out of the combat zone pathfinder must not be positioned behind the pilot. Bad things happen ;D
