hey let me know how that deployment bag is, i was thinkin of picking up an OD one Got the deployment bag today. It has 4 pockets, one main that can hold an MRE, one smaller one that can hold goggles, and 2 on each side about the size of a Nano. Seems very well built and is perfect for a but pack. sweet let me know how it performs in game and if it can be used as a place for mags that cant fit in the vest. and spent mags that get changed around w/ the ones in the bag. if you get waht im sayin 8-)I have nothing else to say

Hey Hado, can you please post a few more pictures of your ACU/Coyote setup? I'm investing in some ACUs this week, and haven't decided whether or not to go Coyote or ACU gear. Oddly enough, I can't find many pictures of coyote on ACU. Orion: The reason you're not finding pics of ACU/CB combos is because the Army doesn't issue gear in Coyote Brown. I simply used what I had available at the time, and while it doesn't look too bad, gear in ACU or Khaki would probably be better. Check your PMs. Knief: Nice holster! Everyone else: please keep comments out of the "Michigan Airsofters and our Accoutrements" thread. Images go there, comments go here. Simple.

Orion, what type of goggles are those? Are they the Bolle, or the Guarder? And do they fog?

Bolle. The only fogging issues I've had was trying them out in the bathroom. I've had one or two instances when they fogged under really humid weather, but other than that, they've been great for me.

Dude, that mask rocks. It makes you look kind of like the schoolkids from "The Wall."

I even put some ballistic eyepieces in, so you'll see that intimidating sob out on the field too. As soon as I can get a weekend off of work that is...

That new vest looks a lot like a MAV, Hado. That for you, or a Swedish buddy?

Yeah, It's a similar design. My old TT MAV was bloody fantastic, but I think I'm liking this Eagle rig a bit more.
And yep, she be mine.

Can you tell us more about why you prefer the Eagle to the MAV?

Can you tell us more about why you prefer the Eagle to the MAV? It might just boil down to personal preference, but here's what I like about the rig: 1- It's smaller. The TT MAV has a total of 18 PALS channels across, while the Eagle CR-PHUTV has 14.(14 on the all Molle version) Which means on a smaller torso/frame like mine I'm not reaching around to my back to grab for pouches. 2- Padded shoulder straps. 3- Already has the pouches I'll need (Holds 8x M4 mags, 4x pistol mags). Plus it has additional molle real estate if needed. (Radio pouch, small gp pouch) 4- It is sexy.

In response to Knifes pictures, I would just tuck the blouse in, make it look cleaner. Also have you thought about a battle belt, for the pistol mags and such?

I will be getting a battle belt, and the pistol mags will be moved there among other things. I just haven't found one I want and available at the time.
