On the behalf of ACO and Airsoft Extreme, we want to thank you for coming out and really impressing the 18 and over crowd on your ability to listen and follow orders. AS the commanding officer of the Rep. Guard, you guys did outstanding!!
Whoever won the GnG M16A2 - I hope you enjoy this great prize that was provided by AEX.

Thanks to ACO for the best game ever, i really liked the setup with the continuous game and the cards for the medic. The Republican Gaurd did excellent. But now for the marines: the mass force pushing through to bay 1, people shouting, shooting, the wave of people rushing was insane. Thanks again.

Honestly I wasn't expecting this op to turn out the way it did. Knowing in advance that the crowd was of a younger average age I was expecting the game quality to degrade somewhat in comparison to other games in sportsmanship and inexperience. I've participated in a number of younger age games and always noticed that as a side effect. Not so in this one. The younger guys who showed up for this one are amongst the best in their age group. Aggresive, well equiped, good attitude, and very mature. In fact, they probably did a much better job of coordinating because they listened to their leader's direction and took advantage of the experienced players suggestions. They acted on them, instead of a bunch of experienced players all working on their own agendas. Very impressive. I expected that the Marines would dominate the game since we had a small core of players with a lot of gaming experience and knowledge of this particular field. Wrong. The ability of the RG to shift their forces to meet our attacks was frustrating. Nice job guys. Another great ACO adventure! Thanks a lot to Dutch and the rest of ACO for making it possible.

The medic cards really were a great idea. It made it so that you could be completely clueless and still be a satisfactory medic. However, the R-Guard medics did outstanding, especially my guardian angel in OD There was some confusion with the truck and the nuclear weapons cache. The marines got 2 rockets and 2 barrels to the truck which was demoed at the time. I thought that since the truck was wrecked it would be best to take the materials back in case the marines planned on fixing the truck. However, I later learned that the materials placed in the truck were promptly airlifted away. Whoops So we put the stuff back in the truck. Later, I saw marines still shuttling blue barrels back and forth to the truck. I was confused. Oh well. At least they didn't get the 65 pound plutoninum core. I was a little skeptical about the knife kills combining with gun hits at first. That was a new one to me but anyone with the skills to get close enough to use melee on gun barrels deserves to get those kills. Mad props. Considering that the marines had more experience on their side and that the RG controlled the facility for a good portion of the game, we faired more than well. But took a lot of whatever it was that the marines had to come back and pin the RG into their spawn point after the way we played earlier. Congrats to them. Loved the shirts, by the way. They alone were well worth the trip. Thanks again ACO.

That medic in olive drab was a cool guy. Pretty funny too, he was the first to get to me when I made the mistake of peeking from courtyard door to find. 4 marines in a line up agianst the wall . Not a pretty sight. He came up to me all calm and said "hey there buddy, how you doin. My name is doctor phil (something like that) And i'm going to be your medic today." And then he pulled a instant death card . There was another fun time when I got the order to go give some support to some guy in the boiler room only armed with a pistol who needed help (or something like that). So another Rep. Guard went with me to check it out. When we got there no marines were there, so we went out to the courtyard go see if some marines where hiding. We looked around and walked slowly up the fence casualy chatting to one another, about this guys CO2 conversion kit for his g26 (or 27), and how his AEG crapped out on him. We finally decided to head back to the cover of the building after we made it to the fence. We made it about 1/3 of the way there when we heard someone shouting we turned around to find 7-9 marines in a line all running across on the other side of the fence . We fired a couple shots and ran. It ended with all three of us dying and there being a small battle in the courtyard. Very very fun ;D.

Thanks ACO for putting on another great op.
I would like to thank the younger guys for a fun and sometimes frustrating time. I was glad to hear that all of you listened to the advice and orders from your commanders and experienced players. It showed in the way you all played and conducted yourselves. The pleasure was all mine to play along and against such mature young players. You all should be congradulated for being such a pain in the ass. Thanks again.

I was terribly impressed by the punctuality shown by the medics. When the OD guy got to me he said he had been pulling a lot of instant deaths that day so I was nervous Luckily, I was only wounded and got a 30 second rest and a piece of black tape, a "badge of honor" he called it. He saved my ass 3 times. He never once pulled an instant death on me. Maybe I'm good luck Holding the bolier room was a lot of fun because that door had a big hole at the bottom. I sprayed a few guys trying to crawl to it.

Hi there, it's me Dr. Phil again. Yea, sorry about that death card, I seemed to deal out quite a bit of those! Ah, what a great op! I can't stress enough how great it is for ACO and Extreme to host this event! Without them, I would probably still not be playing until spring.
I was very impressed by the support functions of gameplay, such as medic and demo, it was a great system and really worked well.
I had a load of fun playing one of the Rep. Guard's medic. The advantages to being a medic is you ALWAYS have someone covering you, and all your team members are greatful to see you. The downside? Getting shot at while healing a guy, or crawling through the mud outside in the courtyard to get to your demo guy!
(Oh yea, nice screamin' hostage there, max!)

I was the one in the all green reaching into my buttpack. That is right before we left to go take out the truck. I got to be the demo- expert. ;D I really liked being able to meet more people from MIA. And the facility was awsome. I liked it the most with no main lights on, just the red emergancy lights and the fire alarm going. I wished it was like that during most of the day. I really liked the medic system ACO uses, although I did get all instant death cards with the exception of one, but oh well. I had read about it on their website before but i did not understand it completely untill we actually used it in combat. And the medics were great, one I dont think even carried a gun most of the time, he was just running everywhere around the place saving people. Heh, yeah after placing the charge our commander and I ended up covering the front from an area with thick mud, but that was still fun. I have only a few pictures that I took in between games. I snapped a shot of the person who won the G&G M16 and a pic of the ACO guys and I think one more. I will post those sometime today when I get all my stuff unpacked and my camera back out. Thanks ACO for hosting this great event. Edit: Woo, three pictures! That is the winner of the G&G raffle. That is a few of the ACO guys that were around when we were leaving, so I just got a shot of them really quick. And the "X-RAY LAZER ROOM". This was by our (Republican Guard) spawn.

Yeh it was a lot of fun. Hats off to the ACO guys.
Heres a little story of mine:
I was charging into bay 2 with 2 other Insurgents when the guy in front of me triped and I triped over him hiting my ICS MP5 SD5 agaist the wall ripping off the fore grip and sight.
I have nothing else to say ;D
