Let me just file this under "Things To Figure Out Before You Buy", along with such gems as "Is this gun good", and "Will this work". ;D
*edit* With a very quick Google search, I found out that flight suit sizing refers to chest, so the 38 means 38 inch chest.

Size 38 is pretty small, well, more or less a mans medium, size 42-46 a mans large give or take, is pretty much what you are looking for (42 was too small arm length for me). Waist size...doesnt really matter at all, what does matter is arms and legs, which are the things that are hard to get a perfect fit in as far as jumpsuits/flightsuits go

For your size it should fit just fine. I once owned a size 38R and I'm 5' !0" - 160lbs and it fit me ok. It was a little bit tight on me so it should be perfect for you.

This is somewhat off topic but, to anyone else who owns a flightsuit: Dont you feel like your "junk" is really exposed and vulnerable? I know I do. It makes me think twice about wearing a cup heh.

This is somewhat off topic but, to anyone else who owns a flightsuit: Dont you feel like your "junk" is really exposed and vulnerable? HA! I was just thinking the same thing the other day. Out of pure boredom I decided to put on some of my gear last night and while standing in front of the mirror I happend to look down and well....that whole area did look like it could use some more protection. Guess that cup thing isn't such a bad idea, I know I wouldn't want my twig and berries lit up with some full auto fire. *gulp* Edit: HEHE@one jewel! ;D
