We have a super 9 on my field, and havent had any problems, I was actually playing 1vs1 with it, with 1 shot in a shell... On video too, I won 2 rounds, and lost 2.

Make sure its a V2 I own one and i have a leapers scope on it i can snipe over 200 ft away. Its the best sniper rifle for the price buy it and love. Also you can buy a upgrade spring for like 20$ and get it up to around 400 fps. this next part is from a review on www.shortyusa. Internal Upgrades: Almost all of the S9’s internals are in the bolt. Most of the internals cannot be upgraded, and most don’t need to be. If you are scared of breaking your internals, don’t be. Shorty is now selling spare bolts for only $10. Can’t beat that. There are 2 main internal upgrades- Spring- I find that the Laylax APS-2 series springs from www.airsoftatlanta.com can easily replace the original spring. I personally have the 170% spring installed and my gun is currently shooting 425 fps with .25’s. The spring should cost about $20. Spring Guide- The stock spring guide in the S9 is made of plastic, and probably couldn’t support a stronger spring. It is possible to buy the metal APS-2 spring guide from www.airsoftatlanta.com for about $35. There are other ways to make a homemade spring guide out of a nail and a washer. I am using my homemade spring guide and have not had any problems yet. To find out how to replace some of the internals you can use doug’s S9 guide as I did at this site: www.unconventional-airsoft.com/mirrors/doug-super9-upgrade-guide/dougi3000/Super9/

If you're going to spend that kind of money, just shell out the cash for an APS-2. Otherwise you're putting lipstick on a pig.

That's a little too much money on a springer in my opinion. Espically a UHC Super 9.

quit your bullshittin seriously the "pooper" nine cannot shoot with any reasonable accuracy past 75-100 feet sure you might be able to lob a .12g 200ft but it skirmish worthiness is a joke face it people it isnt called the pooper nine for nothing

Eh, who knows. I had have a Super 9. Compared to my M700, it is hard to pull the bolt back and cock it, my M700 is one of the easiest rifles to do this on. The bolt sucks on the Super 9, I mean it broke on me within the first week. The gun is in pieces, and laying around my house somewhere. It is like that because, somehow, for some reason, it stopped working. I would cock it, but it wouldn't actually cock. Like, when I pull the trigger, it would be as if I never cocked it. And I would have to do some weird cock that would sometimes work. But, worst money I invested. And 75 feet, 75 yards, no way. That thign had hop-up like a bitch and NEVER flew straight, in my experience. It packed a harder punch then the UHC Mp5, but not worht it for double the price. Wow Mp5 no offence but you are very weak if you think thats a hard pullback, i'm holding it right now and it slides like nothing, also i've owned it for a month now and still no problems. Also i dont know when the last time you shot a Real gun but it doesn't exactly slide like butter.

Well then, Livoniaairsoft has an VSR10 upgraded to 520.... and my friend greg has a pooper 9. The super 9 is harder to cock back than the VSR.... Remember that saying, "you get what you pay for" The super 9 can NEVER and will NEVER be a good effect long range gun.

I am not saying I need a semitruck to pull the bolt back, but my M700 slides back with little to no ease. While the Super 9's bolt has a spring in it, so it is harder to pull back on compared to the M700.

I have nothing else to say, Yeah really....
Airsoft Bro, The Super 9 is pretty hard to cock back for an airsoft gun. You can't lay down witha bipod on it, and cock it back really quick. You miss your first shot, and you're screwed, By the time you can get that thing cocked back, your dead. It's something you have to brace into your shoulder, and lean onto your left side, Not normal...
So, "No offence to you airsoft bro," but, you don't know what you are talking about.. He didnt say it is extremely hard to pull back, with all of his strength, he said it's harder than the m700... jeez dude..

UHC is releasing (or has released) another model of the Super 9 which is to compete with the TM VSR-10. I was talking to one of my suppliers last nght and he was telling me that the FPS is betwee 380 and 400 stock. I'm not sure what improvements have been to it, but it sounds like they have changed a few things. I'llsee if I can't squeeze any more information out of him.
And for those that think that's to much money for a springer, what do you day to someone who has spent $500 getting a VSR-10 GSpec? It's a springer also.

No offense DD, but saying a Super 9 and a VSR-10 are both springers is like saying a Porsche and a Yugo are both cars.
