Hi there.
I recently bought a SCAR L from echo 1. Currently I am looking for some upgrades.
My goal is to make the weapon more accurate without loosing too much FPS. Allready runing a 11.1 Lipo
I was looking into a
- Madbull 6.03 300MM Inner Barrel - Systema Bucking
Other than that no sure if I should go with a MOSFET, Hop Up.
Ps: I would like for the barrell to look a little longer than how it comes stock. What outer barrel would you guys suggest?
Thanks in advance.

First of all, get a mosfet right quick before you burn your trigger contacts. I'm not sure why you think making it more accurate will cause you to lose FPS, but whatever.
Here's the short list: -DIY airseal mods -quality barrel (the madbull should be fine) -r-hop -any bucking that gives you a good airseal
Did you get the SCAR brand new? I thought all the E1's came with barrel extensions out of the box. I have one with an extension to make it an M4 length barrel. The rest of mine are CQB length (300mm). I don't know if there are a lot of SCAR barrel extensions out there. Maybe VFC has one. You could always just buy a mock suppressor, if you like the looks.

You would have to use a barrel extension. Don't know of aftermarket barrels out there for SCARs.(They are probably out there, I don't know)
For range, an R-hop and heavier bbs is always a great way to get it.
If you are already using an 11.1, I would say it NEEDS a MOSFET.

As for the MOSFET i was thinking of the Gate AB. Not sure if I should get the one with or without active breaking.

Do NOT get an AB fet if you are going to be going semi auto a lot. It gives a great trigger response, but frys your motor after only a few thousand rounds. Don't skimp out on a fet, save your pennies and get one of the nicer ones.

www.btcairsoft.comThey make some of the best in the sport. They aren't cheap, but you won't regret it.

I'm going to chip in a little bit of advice, and say that the Chimera is a fantastic MOSFET. However, if you're not willing to shell out that much, and just want a simple MOSFET that will protect your trigger contacts without all the nice frills or hefty price of a Chimera MOSFET, Jonezy makes a pretty nice one too which is what I actually run in my blaster, albeit installation might be a bit complicated if you don't have a whole lot of experience with working in an airsoft gearbox.

Jonezy MOSFETNot gonna lie, I saw the price of that and bought it right away. The only way to get a mosfet of that quality for that cheap is to build one yourself, and that's a bit too much work for me.

The tech that we have here asks for 30 bucks to install any MOSFET. I have seen that there are tutorials for installing them, but honestly I am kind of afraid to open my AEG.

You should be able to find a tutorial on youtube, or a schematic online. It's honestly not too bad. The hardest part is knowing which wires go where in the gearbox, as you will now have three wires to deal with instead of two like the stock wiring. If you trust yourself with a soldering iron, go for it. Here's a simple diagram of the soldering you'll have to do. www.simulate3d.com/images/MOSFET_for_Box_mag.jpg

I'm not super good at soldering, but soldering wires to trigger contacts isn't too hard. But if you've never opened up a gearbox, paying the tech to do it could be worth it (it would be bad if you messed something up while reassembling). See if they can also shim it and fix AOE .

The worst that can happen (and I learned this the hard way) is that you could short the MOSFET and fry it.
