I would also. A yearly patch would be a great idea and could bring a lot of profit for either doing an event or having a new forum or whatever.

I'll talk with the mods about a new patch for this year.

I know this isn't an MiA thing but more Reddit patches would be awesome we were only given permission to produce 100 of those patches.

I know. I was hoping you might get permission to produce more.

They have a new process now that is a little more complicated and doesn't really work too well yet. Its the same process I used to propose the r/airsoft t-shirts that went down in flames.
I actually already proposed a new set of patches but was rejected. I will try again another time but not anytime soon.

I'm just curious as to why the admins denied permission to produce patches when it's clear that a number of people would like one. Is it an exclusivity thing or am I missing something?

I just prefer to have their support before i create something that will represent the entire community. Reddit is a different story though since you have to be granted a license to use their logo.

Ah right. That completely passed my mind. My apologies.

No worries we were kind of jumping back and forth between reddit and mia so I can see where the confusion comes from.
Update on the mia patch. Sounds like the mods are on board so far. Nothing final yet but we will probably run another contest like we did for the last one.

New site I think would work out better to get from under the stupid pro boards rules.
Purge the boards of every mod who doesn't "mod".
More local fields to Grand Rapids. As been stated there are a lot of us who have so many other responsibilities it's hard to disappear for a whole weekend. (Drive for four plus hours. Hotel the night before and then either drive home or hotel for that night and drive home.)
More shindigs for community swap meets would be bad ass! I have boxes of stuff I would love to trade face to face with!

After this event is all said and done with and not in the planning stages anymore. I'll see about having some patches made for those interested.
