Gentleman, I am putting together a technical for future airsoft events and have a few questions about Polarstar setups. I currently have a Jeep Cherokee trail rig, an Echo 1 M240B, a scuba tank, a bravo hpa kit and am creating the turret to put up top. The dilemma I'm running into is the interface between the scuba tank and the hpa kit.
After searching, the only research I can find is people running scuba tanks as refill stations. I am hoping to run the bravo off the scuba tank, so I need to know what regulator to get, or if this is even possible, I will also need a coiled hose long enough for the scuba tank to be mounted in the Jeep and run up to the swivel turret.
Any help you guys can offer in this matter would be greatly appreciated, I'm hoping to get the Polarstar up and running by the Nov. 22nd game at Hells Survivors.

Maybe you can call evike and see if any of their floor staff know how they hook up the tanks on their .50cal on top of their humvee. They have a video on YouTube about their set up but I don't think they show their regulator.

Well Evike was little help, but I did eventually figure it out. If anyone else is looking to run Polarstar guns off of scuba tanks, send me a pm and I can guide you in the right direction.

It might be good to post a thread about it in the tech section(with some pictures) or one of the dedicated sections so that the info is always there and you don't get a bunch of PM's.

You might want to check with a welding shop for a regulator to plumb it into the lpr.

You might want to check with a welding shop for a regulator to plumb it into the lpr. Thats the route I tried first, Ordered a $400 regulator from grainger with a 3500 psi inlet, and a 0-500 psi out. Ended up being the wrong part number, so I started looking into it more. The best way, and the way we went is to use a first stage regulator for a scuba tank. www.amazon.com/Scuba-Max-FG-11AS-Classic-Regulator/dp/B0084HF22W/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1418363987&sr=8-1&keywords=stage+one+regulator&pebp=1418363979046That regulates the 3000 psi, down to 145, from there I ran 1200 psi hose to a standard 0-150 psi lockable regulator for shop air, and then a small whip line to the gun. Doing it again, I would head to a local scuba shop and see if they have any used stage one regulators available, the shop we went to had a 55 gallon drum full of ones that people don't trust to be underwater with.
