Lots of guys I know, including myself, are huge fans of the Eagle Industries type Matt Johnson Khaki color; but all the manufacturers I normally deal with have discontinued it or are phasing it out. Anyone know which companies still offer MJK gear and what they list it as?

Knife, would know better than I, but aren't all of the recent SOFLCS (SFLCS?) made in MJK? My impression is that MJK stuff (i.e. from Eagle) is basically labeled/sold as straight "khaki" nowadays.

Yup, Eagle still produces it under the name Khaki as far as I know; however Eagle is incredibly unreliable as a retailer since they focus mainly on government contracts, their website rarely has anything "in stock". Now that most of their civi sales stuff is made in the Dominican Republic, intrest in their products has dropped off a cliff too.
AWS still has a couple highly specialized items in stock labeled "coyote tan", which I believe is still their designation for MJK, since their "coyote" is usmc coyote brown, however I'm fairly certain they've been phasing it out for a couple years now.

Eagle's website has never really had anything in stock. They have never really been much of a straight retailer. MJK is a bit of a misnomer these days. I've heard different things regarding which shade of Eagle Khaki was MJK, and for the most part it is a moot point these days. If you want Khaki stuff it will be much cheaper and a lot easier to purchase it through a private seller or on ebay. You'll find both new and used. Most is a lot cheaper than retail. V2 SFLCS khaki stuff is still a bit rare and in some cases may sell at a bit of a premium, but for the standard stuff it shouldn't be an issue.
As I kinda mentioned at the start, don't worry about seeking out people selling something as MJK. It is pretty much irrelevant. Eagle Khaki is what it is. Years and batches have a very minimal difference in coloration that makes no difference.
