I plan on buying a Scar-L in the near future, but I would like some input on what would be the better buy. I know from reading the AEG Brand Breakdown thread that Dboys are like Echo1's and JG's, the parts will eventually need to be replaced and need a little more work/know how. Also I have learned that Classic Armies could go either way in good or bad. Reading closely though I have noticed that it seams to focus on M4's and a little bit on Ak's. So I would like your guys opinion on which Scar-L I should get, the pros and cons of both brands, and I thank you for taking the time to answer and read this.

I have had a few DBoys Scar-Ls and I like them. I'm not sure if they have different levels like CA does. But the DBoys Scars I have had were poly lower with full metal upper. External build was pretty good. Not VFC obviously, but I didn't have any issues with it.
Classic Army however has their sport line SCAR, and maybe 1-2 other different Scars for a bit more. And of the sport line I worked on, I wasn't all too big of a fan. Had a poly upper and lower. It felt pretty stable, little lighter than that of one with metal, but just didnt tickle my fancy.
But if I personally were to choose one, I would pick the DBoys SCAR-L for the price.
