Hello everyone would like some help with installation of some RIS to replace my wood hand guard (already can feel some hatred coming my way) but i have been looking at some rails and am thinking of buying them and would like to know how to install them and how difficult it would be

Hatred all up in here.
I'll be helpful though. It depends on where the rails fit. Handguard - easy replacement but not too secure a fit, depends on manufacturer compatibility between the gun and the furniture. Gas tube mounts are stable and not hard to install, but have fun removing the original gas tube, and you don't have much space to work with. Dust cover mounts are notoriously unstable but take seconds to install. I don't know anything about the ugly over- the- cover attachment rails.

Ok so had a bit of a change of heart with the RIS, after the game at No Limits yesterday the top portion of my hand guard cracked then broke apart so now more out of necessity I will need a gas tube RIS but can't seem to find it anywhere. Anyone know where I can find one

Wonder if it will work on my AK (I have an older style 47 tube) and it only shows a newer AK100

Yes, it may need some fitting but it can be made to work.

Yeah, I got 'lucky' when my CYMA's potmetal gas block shattered on me when I was swapping out the handguards. Grabbed up an ICS replacement, sanded it down (on the inside, with a dremel) to fit the barrel, and once enough material was gone it was on there to stay. It's held up to some serious abuse that would definitely have destroyed the original and sent me home early.

How'd it shatter? (I also have a CYMA AK and would like to avoid this)

Uh, entirely. I didn't take a picture. I had just unboxed the weapon (CM 050, the Romanian variant) and was fitting on East German furniture, which was a bit bigger and fatter than the airsoft version, and had to be sanded down to fit all. A lot of the pressure from squeezing in the handguard goes right up to the gas block. The bottom of mine was the part that snapped, I had a loose chunk that I taped in place for a week or so but eventually the rest of the material pretty much crumbled apart in my hands while I was fitting an SKS sling into the mounts.
One of the other NVA guys at East Wind had bought the same gun, and changed out the furniture the same (although he used a bakelite grip instead of wood, I guess it fit better or he just used less force to fit it), anyway his gas tube split entirely the same way while we were on a patrol early in the week, he had to make do by duct taping it together, which was unsightly to say the least, and he often ended up carrying my rifle while I was using the squad RPK.
