The only issue I see is once the teams are established you may have a significant imbalance if one team was especially slow. I would add the ability for people to be captured. Like once they are killed they bleed out in 2-3 minutes. If in that time the enemy team can get to them they capture them (sort of like zombies). Once one team no longer exists they lose.
