I was looking into getting a new pair of bdu's in a camo patern but I cannot figure out the name of the patern it's a base of red, black and gray, it's the camo pattern of the monster assault energy drink, could any one fill me in if there is a pattern and it's name.

Avoid red colored camo as it maybe confused with a dead rag.

Avoid red colored camo as it maybe confused with a dead rag. This is a good concern. It would be easy for somebody to hold off from shooting you thinking that you're wearing a dead rag. They're going to be pissed when you then turn around and shoot them. The next time they think you're wearing a dead rag, they're going to light you up, which will suck when you're actually dead and trying to show it with your dead rag. Wearing red is probably just a bad idea all around.

Avoid red colored camo as it maybe confused with a dead rag. I totally agree with this. Very good point CJA.

Well atracting people's eyes is what I want I'm thinking for using the camo for my cqb loadout, the reason I'm using such a bright camo is the aggression factor I had noticed the meaner you look the less likely your enemy will stand there ground when you charge to take there position for example I had charged in to a group of my friends doing a war cry(yess just running and yelling and shooting everyware and they all retreated back to there spawn in a panic)so I sorta figure that camo would look more aggresive then other patterns, any thoughts on my idea.

While the mean aggression factor works in the real world because people generally like to stay alive, in airsoft you'll probably just get lit the fuck up. Wearing bright camo will just speed up the process.

Wait so you want to get that camo so you can stick out of the environment while you charge screaming down the field? Where did you learn that technique from?
If intimidation is that important to you, why not dress like the incredible Hulk or a serial killer clown?
In nature predators blend in perfectly with their surroundings and they sneak up on their prey. Governments all over the world have spent billions trying to develop camo that effectively blends in and they have spent billions developing techniques where they go undetected. Not saying your technique won't work. Who am I kidding, your technique won't work unless you are playing with a bunch of n00bs.
I've seen plenty of charges in my time and each time that happened, I tucked in and made myself as small of a target as I can and completely eliminated those who were charging because I knew exactly where they were coming from and how many were coming since they were all yelling. Its some of the easiest kills you'll get.

When'd you become a mod ARC? O.O
Sorry, but I don't think you'll be scaring the willys out of anybody, especially in a CQB environmental. Honestly, I'd take a target running towards me as a chance to exercise my trigger happy fingers.

Yeah you guys do hold very valid points for one the dead rag and yeah running blindly at some one does make you a very good target to get light up, it was just an idea though that's as far as I got in to it and thanks every one for the input and yeah I do play with a bunch of noobs I had a team of four running like tiny girls in a back yard game because I was using an friends AEG and just walking around spraying every one and ounce I got with in about 10 feet of the closest enemy team member I started charging after that they all broke up an ran towards there spawn, I know for sure though that I'm onto some thing about the phycological factor of airsoft like you never stop looking in the woods when you know some one has a ghillie suit, the first thought in your head when some one charges at you an you unload almost a full mag. And none hit is to run, I think I just have to do some more thinking into this that's all.

If you want to scare someone into retreat approach them with a larger group of players laying down suppressive fire. No one wants to pop out when there's an ass load of BBs raining down. That's how we take the castle at no limits every time.

@levithan(aka)rdog735 I can sense that you want to be a little more creative or go a different route from the masses. I know that a big thing for me when it comes to airsoft is personalization and initially it seems that there's no room for that when everyone is wearing the same camo and gear and have the same guns but if you really start looking into it, there's plenty of ways to make yourself unique and a little different from the rest. Just make sure that while you are trying to be more unique that you don't disregard all the work that was put into why something works the way it does. We don't always have to reinvent the wheel when there are plenty of options that do a good job.

You also ought to figure out the difference between there, their, and (since you'll need it eventually) they're. You're a hair away from being permanently banned from this forum for your history of bad writing. If your idea isn't worth taking the time to write out as though this forum was English class, it's not worth posting.

Akimbo saw might work for intimidation but seriously, I was once a noob and thought it would be scary if my shotgun was blue... I got lit the fuck up. Lesson learned.
