I do have fairly close access. Would I just hook this Deans connector up to the tamiya battery?

Yes, it's quite easy if you're familiar with a soldering iron.
If you're open to ordering from other places, you can find batteries with the deans connector already wired up. I just figured you were looking to order in one shot.

Thats exactly my thinking. This website isnt labeling very well... How can you tell if its a dean connector?

But isn't the gun he's looking at wired to small tamiya?
It looks like your basic G&P M733 converted over to use the 9mm magazines.
I mean, I agree with converting over to deans, but if he isn't up for that then a battery with a small tamiya will work.

Now I will most likely end up moving onto a dean, becasue the way you make it sound. Its worth it. Now lets say I change my battery over to a dean using a sodering iron. Would it be cost effective to just do the same with that battery charger? Also the battery you showed me. Thats a dean right? and the battery charger you showed me is for a dean? Im definitely fine with just converting to a dean right away

Would it be cost effective to just do the same with that battery charger? The charger looks like it just uses the balancing plug, so you wouldn't need to.

OK the charger is good then. (as you may see I tried to edit my reply before you replied but my computer doesnt like this page for some reason and it didnt show that you replied) but about that battery. Its a dean correct? so I think Ill just convert thye gun right when I get it. I also have a crappy 9.6vg ni-nh battery with a tamiya connector I can use in the mean time.

No the two I linked were both tamiyas. If you want to switch to deans, you'll need to buy them.

Mobile wont let me edit.my original post. I will fix title when computer works again... But anyways I purchased the M4 from air soft extreme. My initial rating: very poor. I haven't been able to shoot more than five bb's out of the gun(those five were luck) I do believe the source of the problem is the clip. The magazine is a piece of crap. In order to get the magazine in the gun I had to essentially squeeze it as I loaded it. But that's not why it won'. Shoot. The spring jams right before the top and will not push the bbs through. So the gun is just a pretty decoration. But other than that the hopper chamber doesnt open up when I pull the action back. But it does open easily enough otherwise. (I even tried using it as a regular action, thinking, "maybe this is really realistic," but sadly no bang bang. Also the m16 style barrel cover is cheap plastic. There is no orange tip and I believe that its illegal to ship and sell an air soft gun wihout in the state of Michigan ( I know they are in California and don't quote me) It seems to have a nice paint job, low shine. The gun itself seems sturdy and feels comfortable. But sadly I can't tell you how it shoots. All I got to do is lube it up and pray. I'll keep my annoying process up to date on hopeful improvements. Also excuse my grammar. This page is very mobile unfriendly.
