Hello, MiA I have recently purchased a used WE Scar GBBR closed bolt version that, I'm told, is missing a spring to regulate the timing for firing on full auto. I've been doing some searching and I'm not sure where to get a replacement for this part. After looking online at the owner's manual, I'm not sure if I can find the part number. Does anyone know the part number or where I can get this part? Also, a few of my CO2 magazines are leaking at the exhaust of the flow valve. I've opened one up to notice that there is no o-ring to replace, which makes sense for something with that high pressure. I cleaned, oiled, and put everything back together and it still has a nasty leak. Any thoughts here? It seems like it's just a metal plunger that seals against a metal opening. It doesn't feel right. Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated. Please and thank you!

I am pretty well versed in WE GBBRs, I will link you some videos, for the missing spring, look here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=JvS094B0KdUFor the leaking, try to remove the gas valve and soak it in some oil. Hope I could help!

I've found that video already and I love that guy for the depth he shows in his work. I was missing the spring from the very first few seconds of the video but my problem is, I tried using a spring from a mechanical pencil and it still has the same problem where I switch to full auto and it takes a shot or two before it doesn't cycle properly and I have to rack the bolt again. I'm not terribly upset that I can't switch to full because I never use it anyway but, I hate having imperfections. Any advice?

First. With co2 mags the spring that rest against the plunger becomes weak. Co2 does this for some reason. I found that if you go to ace and buy a washer that fits down inside it it will add more tension to the spring and help your mags to stop leaking. Also, if you need a closed bolt lower internals I have them. Just send me a pm and we can work something out.

I'm at it again, looking for a replacement or alternative spring part to have the full auto function back. All the help so far has been great and I'd love more to tackle this problem. Again, I beleive the spring to regulate the full auto function is missing that should be attatched to the wire cut delay mechanism. Any thoughts? Please and thank you!

Do you have any idea what dimensions the spring needs to be?

I don't know the dimensions of the factory spring. I'm also not finding any replacement part on all the major airsoft online stores unless I replace the whole fire control mech.
