Can someone ID some spray paint that matches this? It looks like rust/reddish brown, but i need help. It can also be seen on Roughneck's guns.

Looks like flat tan + fine grit sandpaper to wear it down where you need to. Maybe add a few dusts of brown or clay colored spray paint, and you'll be where you need to be.

Does anyone know of a way to completely get spray paint off without going past the black?

It can also be seen on Roughneck's guns. .I have nothing else to say. It's Aervoe. Use nail polish remover or rubbing alcohol to get the paint off.

Nail Polish remover + Toothbrush is my favorite method of removal. Cotton swabs or other things get messy fast.

Random surplus stores usually have it, otherwise you order online.
It's called like 'Earth Brown' or something like that.

Simpe Green is the best paint stripper. Safe to be around and can be used on everything. I use it on my plastic and metal models and they come out good.
