Hey guys my name is Luke, but my friends call me nuke because of my huge load count. I like airsoft. My load out consists of an ACU cross draw vest by NCstar, and a Crosman G3 assault rifle. I hope to meet you all and I hope you like me. Thanks!

Welcome! It's always good to see new members that can follow the spelling and grammar rules right off the bat. Keep up the well worded, intelligent responses and you'll get along here just fine. Make sure to check out the stickies on each board for some great information. Hope to see you at some games.

If your friends saw your loadout and called you Nuke they would likely call most other members here earth ending asteroids.
I'm not trying to break you down or anything. Lots of us, including myself, started from exactly where you are now. I remember getting made fun of because DeathDealer and I wore Woodland BDUs instead of pants and a t-shirt. Yeah really...
Your gear is the typical beginner gear. You will find that everyone realizes that cross draw vests are vastly inferior to pretty much any other design and Crossman doesn't really make any decent replicas. You would be wise to take a look around at the stickies located at the top of each section and start gaining some knowledge on what's out there. After that you can take your Crossman to a REC game and get to know some guys. You will likely find that you are itching for gear of higher quality, but I will leave that for you to decide.
As an FYI the newbie introductions usually go in the newbie discussion section.

Welcome aboard! Like X stated, you may find yourself having gear envy when you make it out to a game. We all go through our stages of gear, but we all have to start somewhere. People will riddle you with suggestions, just remember that the overall intention is to help you get into the best gear that you can afford, with the least amount of trial and error on your part (which can add up quickly).
