How much money do you want to spend?
I just ordered a Cobra CXR-725 and a RocketScience Crewchief headset off of hitechwireless.com. The headset works well on my older little Cobra, but the new radio hasn't showed up yet. Total cost a bit over $100, probably more than you need to spend, but you do get what you pay for with electronics.

If your looking for the basics then I would go with a Motorola Talkabout. Best bang for the buck in my opinion. Don't expect to get the advertised range, but for most fields they should work fine. www.buytwowayradios.com/products/motorola/motorola-mr350r.aspx?source=voltageFor a headset I would pick up whatever replica from an airsoft retailer that you like. example: www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=522_346&products_id=6383I don't think there's many other places on the internet that sell headset replicas like those besides airsoft retailers. So just check around the different retailers and pick the one that you like. Tank uses that particular headset because it has a vented ear piece. He seems to like it so far.

Perfect, BUT PLEASE for love of all airsofters turn off pretty much every feature. Turn off VOX, turn off rog (roger beep), and if they're actually yours, and not your parents or something, remove the call button. The perfect radio shouldn't produce any more noise than what you speak into it and only when you are intending to transmit. Also make sure that the little number (privacy channel) is set to 0 for all channels. After all this you will be good to go.
