Thanks, Hound! I know what you mean, it can hurt. I have it uncovered so that my goggles don't fog up as fast.

That's a nice load out you got there. Do you plan on keeping your helmet without a cover?

Honestly Bubba, I have been on the fence about that. I don't know if it would make my look any better or not.

I personally like the look of helmet covers. Not everybody does though.

True as I do too. I'll have to get one and see how it fits in.

Getchoself a flash hider son! I'm glad someone noticed that, haha. One is shipped and on the way to me right now. I just really didn't want the big 'ole honking orange G3 one on there.

Haha, I feel that. Have you considered matte black paint?
The rest looks great though, easily a Bangor-style loadout. Green and long range.

Looking good. Mesh masks work well for facial protection and not fogging, I'd suggest one for that.

I'd love to have a G3, but it's one of those "How you think you look, how you really look" things. You, for one, pull it off very well.
I would say forgo the helmet cover. They just don't look quite right on MICH 2002s.

Ghast, I kind of made the original flash-hider warped from boiling it to loosen the glue, haha. But is used to use paint, however. Also, good thing I'm hitting up OP: Firestorm then, huh? Haha. Da Vinci, I do like the loom of the balaclava a little more than the half-face mask . Dean, thanks! Much abliged. Dallas, the G3 is pretty nice. You really just need the right loadout for it to look good. Also, if you are naturally pretty small, it would look too big for your person (we all know someone like that). I do thank you for your compliment!

I'd tidy up your comm wires. You don't want to snag them on something that might break the connection to your radio or PTT.
Have you tried running around with the helmet, head-wrap and goggles? I can see that fogging up really easily and just being uncomfortable in general.
How expensive is your pistol? Does your holster keep it in place and prevent it from flopping around while you move? I'd suggest a some sort of cheap polymer locking holster like a SERPA or clone Safariland if you're going to be carrying a pistol consistently.
You always see photos of people with glow-sticks and pens and such stuck in their PALS webbing, but what you never see are the photos of the leaking/cracked glow sticks and pens after they've been shot out. Obviously, if you're in a warzone you don't worry about what's going to happen to the pen in your PALS webbing if you get shot, but in airsoft a blown up sharpie can be pretty annoying.
Otherwise, things look good. Always nice to see a G3 out there.
Cheers for Clio.
