I wouldn't recommend doing this. Krutch is right, If your bringing so much gear out to the field that you need to have a second person carry some of it, then you have wayyyy too much shit. I can understand how in theory having a mule would sound helpful, but in airsoft it just really isn't practical.
A typical vest on average I would say, can carry 6 to 8 mags. So a person carrying 8 160 round midcaps has 1280 rounds, not including the mag that is probably already loaded in the gun, or a sidearm. Your spraying way too much if you need to borrow mags/ammo midway through a game. Another thing to think about, the other team only needs to eliminate you to effectively screw over your squad if they are all relying on you for rounds.

Thanks for the help with that. Just thought it would be kinda cool.

Not a problem mate. Plus, you'd probably discover after a couple games that your role sucks. Carrying a shit ton of extra (and heavy) gear just for the benefit of other squad-mates sounds pretty shitty to me. Tell their lazy asses to carry their own shit.

I like the wording to that ;D
How about just as a normal load out? Would that be a good start?

I wouldn't get the backpack. You won't be carrying enough stuff to justify lugging a backpack around. As far as the rig goes, I'd personally prefer something like this: www.evike.com/product_info.php?cPath=30_596&products_id=38553I wouldn't get that exact one, because Condors kinda eh, but a chest rig like that would be good. Unless your all into super 1337 plate carriers. PCs are cool and all, I just prefer a lighter weight over tacticoolness.

I carry 9 mags with 90 rounds each and I had to reload several times in the field at NL3. Having a pouch with a speed loader and some bbs sure beats walking a mile back to the spawn. Of course, this depends on the size of the AO and the rules regarding loose bbs. I do agree though that you're not going to like being a mule and it's generally unnecessary. How would what I posted in the op work for a normal loadout?

I have that same chest rig for my load out. It is nice that it carries about 10 mags without having to buy pouches but there are some problems in my mind being that the mag pouches are integrated to the vest. One of which is the fact that one cannot move the pouches up or down for more molle space. Another is what holds the mags into the pouches. Half is Velcro have is bungee. This throws me off sometimes because I will try and remove velcro and find a bungee and vise versa. Another thing I found to be is the lack of side molle space. For me, I like to have my dump pouch off to the side. I had to hook the dump pouch to the belt along the vest. Also due to my small frame when I adjusted the vest to fit I had a very long excess of strap just hanging down. This is bother some but i just looped it a couple times to shorten it. Just as a last note I like the rig but it does have some minor preference issues in my mind. I felt that with the pouches coming with the vest kind of took from the fun of building my own. All in all its not a bad rig but there is definitely better and with what I have now I might as well run a harness/belt rig and be a bit lighter with just as good if not better performance and customization. And it will probably be better quality as well.

I used to run an MPS loadout. It worked pretty well. A few problems tho, front heaven even when a hydro is attached, and the pouches tend to be loose. The straps were way too long so I cut them. Also if you are laying on your stomach a lot during gameplay the front pouches will act like scoops and scoop tons if dirt into the main front pouch. Here is a pic of my rig when I ran it.

I like how that looks. I will get that some time, whenever I get the money.
