Nope, it's just itself. And even at that, red gas isn't really a thing. It's never been conclusively shown that it's any different from green gas. Those who have used it have reported similar performance to green gas. Red gas is essentially a marketing tactic rather than a truly different product. We use three gasses in airsoft. Green Gas/Propane, HFC 134a/HFC 152, and CO2. Green Gas/Propane is high pressure, HFC 134a/HFC 152 is low pressure, and CO2 guns suck ass. That's about all she wrote.

Some places used to market it as "Blue Gas" but I have never understood that. Maybe because the imported airsoft cans had a blue label (if I recall)
