So, here is my issue. I have to wear glasses due to how contacts are with me, they just don't settle if you know what I mean. But anyway I just ordered some nice goggles from the airsoft megastore that wrap around my glasses and I ordered a balaclava.
I am wondering, would this count as full face protection at MiA condoned events? Or would I have to purchase a legitimate full face mask? If so, could you please lead me to some that are fairly affordable and wrap around glasses, thank you.
I was confused by how the rules were presented in different stickies so I simply decided to post this, I found this was much simpler.

One of These (http://www.evike.com/product_info.php?cPath=30_744&products_id=33672) Are a CQB favorite for MiA.
As for the Balacalva thing, I personally do not think it really counts. However, Glasses and Mask combo does.

I've always run bare face when playing so far but it's dangerous to run bare or with just a balaclava or shemagh especially in cqb games. It's a 360 degree environment and you don't know where all the rounds are coming from. I've actually moved into all of the face shots I've taken recently. I've been shot in the bare face 7 times in one cqb night with guns under the limit. Again recently I got shot 3 times where my shemagh was lacking cover, one bare skin shot from a ~360fps mp9 at 2-3 ft range, (yeah stupid me stepped around the spawn corner without yelling dead man) Another time I got hit in the back and flinched/ducked right into a round headed for my chest that found its way to my forehead. Again you don't always know where the rounds are going. Most of the shots broke skin and had me bleeding. Honestly, it hurts only marginally more than a "normal" shot anywhere else (at least my reaction is always the same.) my friend who shot me at 3 ft didn't even think he hit me since I didn't really flinch. YMMV but that's not what your problems gonna be, if you disregard face protection. The biggest problem is going to be when (yes when, not if) you get hit in the teeth without hard face protection, as the bb will blow them to the back of your mouth or at the very least chip them. The other big problem is when you get hit in the face like I did, you'll have about 1-2weeks of bruises/lesions on your face while they heal. According to my fiance it's "unattractive" that's putting it in so many much more polite words than she did. Your significant other or prospective significant other will probably not very much like the face hits. If you don't care about your teeth or how you look for a few weeks after a game, and you can't stand wire mesh or plastic near your face then run without it I guess. Just understand the risks and that it is dangerous. I highly recommend the mask bobbunny posted, a few friends have them and love it. I'm getting one soon..it really is a smart thing.

I personally wear a full mask in CQB and just goggles outdoors. But, even if you are wearing a full face mask, there still is a possibility you could get a tooth shot out.
