I have seen a couple threads on eye protection but, they really didn't answer my questions. I use a old pair of paintball goggles and looking to purchase a new pair of goggles. I was wondering what everyone recommends, I have been looking into those "Save Phace" masks for a while and they seem nice. I was just wondering if anyone recommends those or something else. I do have a mesh mask that I wear with my goggles, but I may just get a full mask. If you have any suggestions on what I should get leave a comment below, I would like them to be pretty for resistant and try to keep your suggestion under around 60 bucks please.
Thanks

Since you already have a mesh mask, I would say try to find some Bolle T800's or X1000's. I have the latter, and they are outstanding.

Are they good with not fogging up? Or would you recommend fog spray just to make shure they don't fog?

I would recommend fog spray or wipes with every set of goggles ever. I've found that only a combination of anti-fog remedies will ever really leave you with clear vision all day. Anti-fog spray and wipes can be applied to any and all goggles, and should be.
Good lucking finding legit Bolle T800s. They've been out of production for a while now and there are a ton of clones on the market that don't work nearly as well (and aren't ANSI z87.1 certified). The X1000s are nice, but the T800s were damn near perfect. They're coming out with a revised version eventually, but that doesn't help you now.

Yeah, I'd love that information as well. The 800's are awesome, but not 100% on super humid days, without fogspray.

Actually, no. Years ago, I bought a vest from Gunslinger (I think) and it had a small jar of anti-fog gel in it. It's called Code Red, and has a website listed as www.codered2000.com. Tried to go there, got nothing. Googled the shit out of it, got nothing. I still have like, 80% of the jar left and I use it before every game. I'm hoping it lasts me the rest of my career because I love it and for the life of me can't find it again. That said, people lose their shit over revision wipes. I've never used them, but maybe give those a shot?

I looked for it as well, and nothing came up for it. I found 2 pairs of goggles, and I am not sure if I am looking at good one's. The first pair- www.airsplat.com/Items/AC-APP-GX-1000.htmThe second pair- www.botachtactical.com/box1tago.htmlI think the one's on airsplat are some type of off brand cheap goggle. I know that know one recommends airsplat but that's what came up in my search. The second pair, I think are a good pair, if so I will purchase them. I just want to check to see if there the bolle T goggles. Also would you recommend wipes, spray,or the gel for the best resistance against for? EDIT: Tank, I got the same website and was going to ask if it was the same stuff. If you get it thoe, update us on how well it works when you field test it.

This is the first place that showed up on my search for that Code Red stuff. I know it's not the same, but it sounds promising. I think I'm going to order some and try it out. Might try to get it in before FTF so I can field test it. www.c-clearantifog.com/?gclid=CM6igd6dxa8CFQIBQAod5nX3YAIt's red. Laugh.

I use bolle t800s and I've only fogged once... On a super humid day, and the water was literally dripping from my goggles. I've never used any anti fog, but I've read that tear-free baby shampoo works wonders. This is second hand so try it at your own risk!

TheLocal, the second pair are the ones I have, except I got them from LA Police Gear. Buy them, they're great.

Yeah, my 800's only fogged up on me twice. Once when it was super humid, and again at OP Persian Winter. I think because it was cold out, and I'm such a hot beast. I figured trying out some of this stuff can't hurt. Also, I've heard the shampoo thing too, but it was like 1 part shampoo, to 4 parts water, and some vinegar. Don't know how much vinegar, and I hate the smell of vinegar, so I think I'll just buy the stuff.

I play with Hatch BOSS 6000's Only had a problem with fogging if I had them covered completely top and bottom with thick cloth. Wearing them plain or with lower protection they are great. I got them specifically because of how low profile they are, I can get a great cheek weld on any gun I use, it feels like I'm wearing nothing. The frames are aluminum and 99% of the hardware for them is replaceable. They are expensive, but it will definitely be a one time investment. www.botachtactical.com/hatchboss6000.html
