Don't a lot of humvee drivers in the military use crossdraw setups so their pistol is in a place where they can access it easier?

I'm not going to research that, but are you driving a humvee at the game?

The FLC is the closest thing to the "crossdraw" but it's full MOLLE and I'm not even sure it's still issued anymore.

We still get issued FLCs but most people directly attach their pouches to their body armor, unless 1) unit SOP dictates otherwise or 2) they're extreme geardoes. I only remember seen one blackhawk omega vest worn anytime in the military (on a drill weekend) and that was by a career E5 who had been in 20 years active duty and reserves... yet mysteriously had never deployed.

As Knief said, it's more likely to be a chest-mounted SERPA, Safariland, G-Code, or even a Bladetech. It's not hard to get used to drawing from the chest, but it makes it a pain in the ass for reloading your primary from the mag pouches under it, transitioning from strong side to weak side with your primary, and it takes up a large amount of real estate on your chest that also makes it more difficult to go prone.
And while I'm flattered that my picture is the first one that pops up, I sure do wish it wasn't of that cheapo CIRAS I used to have.
